★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem com horário marcado. Se você marcar as 14, dificilmente você será atendimento às 14. Por várias vezes acompanhei minha mãe em consultas e mesmo marcado as 14 foi atendida as 16. As pessoas marcam horários deveriam cumpri-los ne? Se não sabem lidar com a demanda, marquem menos pessoas. Não recomendo.
They do not comply with an appointment. If you make an appointment at 14, you will hardly be able to attend at 2 pm. On several occasions I accompanied my mother on appointments and even made an appointment at 2 pm was attended at 4 pm. If you don't know how to deal with demand, select fewer people. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei pacote de limpeza de pele e peeling de diamante semanas depois apareceu uma mancha horrível na minha testa. Passei na dermatologista e a mesma disse que foi resultado do peeling ter lesionada a pele resultou em um melasma. Péssima experiência.
I hired a skin cleaning and diamond peeling package weeks later, a horrible stain appeared on my forehead. I went to the dermatologist and she said that it was the result of the peeling having damaged the skin resulted in a melasma. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fui levar a minha esposa que tinha um agendamento marcado hoje às 17 horas, para fazer um orçamento referente à aplicação de botox. Depois de uma hora e meia fomos chamados para o consultório e para nossa surpresa estava sem a médica. Ficamos mais 20 minutos esperando a médica aparecer no consultório, e nada, resolvemos ir embora sem o atendimento.
Terrible attendance. I went to take my wife who had an appointment today at 5 pm, to make a budget for the application of botox. After an hour and a half we were called to the doctor's office and to our surprise I was without the doctor. We spent another 20 minutes waiting for the doctor to show up at the office, and nothing, we decided to leave without care.

I did laser hair removal once I paid around +2,000 and it didn't help. They didn't give me a good explanation of the procedure. I do not recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Disseram que fariam o procedimento que eu solicitei e depois entraram em contato falando que o valor seria maior porque eu queria a nota fiscal para solicitar o reembolso no plano de saúde.
O procedimento é mais barato se não emitir a nota fiscal? Vou deixar o julgamento para vocês.
Não recomendo.
Bad experience. They said they would do the procedure I requested and then they got in touch saying that the amount would be higher because I wanted the invoice to request reimbursement from the health plan.
Is the procedure cheaper if you do not issue the invoice? I'll leave the judgment to you.
I do not recommend.
