★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como última lembrança um desastre, tive um problema que durante mais de 2 semanas não foi resolvido, tentei ao Max tentar entender e colaborar, no final velocidade "muuuuito" abaixo do contratado até não funcionar mais e a falta de palavra e compromisso de marcar e não ir, portanto não recomendo a ninguém.
Meu problema foi resolvido, mas ultimamente o a internet vem caindo com frequência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente, a alma de qualquer negócio é o atendimento, no caso dessa empresa já começa errado por aí. Péssimo atendimento, não tem a menor empatia pelo cliente, passei mais de uma semana com problema, na real sem acesso a internet. A empresa não tem palavra, dizem que foi solucionado, porém no dia seguinte ocorre o mesmo erro, não admitem que de FATO estão com problemas na distribuição da internet e ficam tentando se justificar achando culpados imaginários. Resumo de tudo isso... Não perca seu tem nem dinheiro fechando qualquer contrato com essa empresa. Eu mesma já cancelei.

Summary of all this... Don't waste your time or money closing any contract with this company. I already canceled it myself.
