Insistem em colocar a culpa no roteador que foi adquirido com eles mesmos sempre alegando que deve-se comprar um novo, pois o produto é ruim. Pois se é ruim, para que raios repassar para os clientes. Enfim.

They insist on placing the blame on the router that was purchased with themselves, always claiming that you should buy a new one, because the product is bad.
