Pedido até hj nao chegou. E provavelmente não vai chegar esse ano pq a DESGRAÇA do sedex final do ano nao vai entregar Segunda feira.
O q falar de vcs? Alex disse pelo app q mandaria dia 27-12. Hj já são 20:14 e nem uma satisfação.
Atualizando HOJE É DIA 02-01-19 APÓS FALAR COM SR ANDREI NO DIA 27 Q O PRAZO ERA 48H E CHEGARIA AGORA VCS VEM COM DESCULPINHA Q COINCIDIR COM DATAS FESTIVAS? HJ SAO 02-01 E A DESGRAÇA DO MATERIAL NAO CHEGOU.
Hj 2-01 o atendente Alan ia me ligar pra resolver até 12h... aguardei e nada. 14h retornei a ligação. Quando consegui falar era 14:28 o mesmo disse q o material estava em Salvador na Transportadora q eu q resolvesse com eles... isso é a resposta q mereço?
Pior de tudo 16:30 a Transportadora disse q a moto saiu pra entregar mas o telefone q a gráfica deu estava errado. Q não entrega na minha porta. Q eu deveria descer e ir pegar na Avenida Principal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimos preços e qualidade, porém o atendimento não é bom. Muito burocrático e de pouca atenção ao cliente. Acho que deveriam tomar um treinamento de atendimento ao público. Aparentemente não fazem questão de clientes. Pessoal parece que trabalha em órgão público, td cara fechada.

Mesmo tendo ouvido que tem qualidade não vale a pena não, pois deixa na mão

O modo q vcs tratam o cliente é RIDICULO. sempre o prazo de entrega dar errado. Um valor de sedex mais caro q sao paulo. A tendência de vcs é FALIR. CAIR CADA VEZ MAIS. O material dos cartoes estao deixando a desejar sempre com qualidade de impressao ruim. Vcs ainda vao pegar um cliente e botar na justiça pra vcs aprenderem.

I never do anything with you guys again. I prefer a thousand x to pay more than to do work with you guys and always have a headache. Horrible service. The way you guys treat the client is RIDICULOUS. always the delivery time goes wrong. A more expensive sedex value q sao paulo. Your tendency is to FAIL. FALL MORE AND MORE. The material of the cards are always lacking with poor print quality. You guys will still get a client and bring it to justice for you guys to learn.
