★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei um orçamento de alinhamento e balanceamento e montagem de pneus. O preço foi justo e fiquei propenso a prosseguir. Contudo, no meio da conversa, comieçaram a condenar o carro, apontando a necessidade de cambagem (R$120,00 por roda) sem ao menos colocar o carro no elevador.
Desconfiado do diagnóstico, fui em outra empresa (indicada por meu mecânico) e eles apontaram exatamente o contrário. Não foi feito nenhum serviço adicional, pelo contrário, elogiaram o estado de conservação do meu carro.
Perderam a oportunidade de fidelização de cliente e perderão outros também, pois farei questão de não indicar quem age de má fé!!
I requested a quote for alignment and balancing and tire assembly. The price was fair and I was willing to go ahead. However, in the middle of the conversation, they began to condemn the car, pointing out the need for camber (R$120.00 per wheel) without even putting the car in the elevator.
Suspicious of the diagnosis, I went to another company (indicated by my mechanic) and they pointed out exactly the opposite. No additional service was performed, on the contrary, they praised the state of conservation of my car.
They lost the opportunity for customer loyalty and will lose others too, because I will make sure not to indicate who acts in bad faith!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo!!! no telefone falou um preço do pneu e que tinha 4 no estoque, fui instalar era muito mais caro e ainda não tinha!!! o vendedor quis vender de outra marca falando que era bem melhor....percebi que era tudo estratégia de vendas, pura enganação.
Terrible service!!! on the phone he said a price for the tire and that he had 4 in stock, I went to install it, it was much more expensive and I still didn't have it!!! the salesperson wanted to sell another brand saying it was much better....I realized that it was all a sales strategy, pure deception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, fui adquirir dois pneus que inicialmente foram oferecidos por 1.250 com balanceamento e alinhamento quando eu neguei os serviços e pedi somente a troca de pneus simplesmente os preços dos pneus foram para 780 cada (sem serviço) e quando falei que não concordava com os valores o atendente virou as costas e saiu. Era cliente deles, inclusive a menos de um mês tinha trocado os 4 pneus do meu outro carro lá. NUNCA MAIS VOLTO.
I don't recommend it, I went to buy two tires that were initially offered for 1,250 with balancing and alignment when I denied the services and asked only for a tire change simply the tire prices went to 780 each (without service) and when I said I didn't agree with the values the attendant turned his back and left. I was a customer of theirs, even less than a month ago I had changed the 4 tires of my other car there. NEVER COME BACK.
