★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipamento Raio X quebrou, e não pude fazer o exame. A equipe em total descaso comigo somente me avisa no dia, sendo que estava vindo de longe para realizar o exame. Não custava nada ter me avisado com antecedência para remarcar e teria vindo em outra data sem problemas. Lamentável. Não venham nessa unidade.
 X-ray equipment broke, and I couldn't take the exam. The team in total disregard for me only let me know on the day, since I was coming from far away to perform the exam. It didn't cost anything to have warned me in advance to reschedule and I would have come on another date without problems. Unfortunate. Do not come to this unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está marcado que o laboratório abre aos domingos até o meio-dia, mas fui até lá de manhã e estava fechado. Era crucial para o meu tratamento que os exames fossem feitos hoje. Tentei ligar dois dias antes para confirmar e só tinha atendimento automático que dizia que hoje estaria aberto também. Péssimo!
The lab is scheduled to open on Sundays until noon, but I went there in the morning and it was closed. It was crucial to my treatment that the tests were done today. I tried to call two days before to confirm and there was only automatic answering that said today would be open too. Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo muito a Fleury Campinas! Fiz hoje um exame parasitológico pelo método de Baermann para entregar o resultado em um concurso público. Fiquei impressionado com o excelente serviço prestado nessa unidade - o pessoal no estacionamento ágil e prestativo, o atendimento no balcão foi rápido e a atendente muito educada, e o pessoal da enfermagem me orientou muito bem e foram atenciosos. Antes de ir embora tomei um café expresso feito ali mesmo na hora. Merece dez estrelas.
I highly recommend Fleury Campinas! Today I did a parasitological examination using the Baermann method to deliver the result in a public tender. I was impressed with the excellent service provided at this unit - the staff in the parking lot was quick and helpful, the service at the counter was quick and the attendant was very polite, and the nursing staff guided me very well and were attentive. Before leaving I had an espresso made right there. Deserves ten stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Uma falta de respeito e humanidade. Pesquisei no site e informava que atendia meu convênio medservice. Cheguei no drive pra fazer o teste de dengue e covid me fizeram esperar por 1h20 pra me dizer que não iam fazer o exame pq não atendia meu convênio. Isso pq eu perguntei assim que cheguei. Muito desrespeito.
Awful. A lack of respect and humanity. I searched on the website and it said that it met my medservice agreement. I arrived at the drive to take the dengue test and covid made me wait for 1h20 to tell me they weren't going to take the exam because I didn't meet my insurance. That's why I asked as soon as I arrived. Too much disrespect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa fez um exame de sangue no domingo (13/02/2022) na unidade de Campinas. Foi garantido o resultado seria entregue no mesmo dia as 14h.
Ligamos no atendimento e 15h, 18h, e dps as 20h, visto que em nenhuma das vezes havíamos obtido nenhuma resposta. Tds as vezes nos transferíamos para o sac.
Ou seja no SAC 3x, ligação caiu as 3x.
Descobrimos q não funciona de domingo. Já começou péssimo na suposta qualidade do grupo, pois quer dizer a eu fizer um exame no domingo não tenho suporte ou resposta nenhuma?
Hoje, segunda feira (14/02/2022), dia que todos na unidade estão trabalhando, acabamos descobrimos que, acreditem se quiser, a amostra de sague SUMIUUUU!?!?!??!!?!?! pode um coisa dessas??????????????
Gostaria de constar a nossa reclamação, principamente pela falta de preparo e treinamento dessa equipe da unidade Campinas, e que pela minha surpresa, encontrei outros casos parecidos nos comentários, e que aparentemente o GRUPO FLEURY nao se esta se interessando muito pelas reclamacoes, visto que sao todos recorrentes.
De verdade, somente vamos para essa unidade por falta de opção na cidade, pq senão já teríamos mudado a muito tempo, por tanta frequência de stress e decepção pelo atendimento desnecessário.
My wife had a blood test on Sunday (02/13/2022) at the Campinas unit. It was guaranteed the result would be delivered on the same day at 14 pm.
We called customer service at 3 pm, 6 pm, and then at 8 pm, as none of the times we had received any response. Every time we transferred to the sac.
That is, in SAC 3x, connection dropped 3x.
We found out it doesn't work on Sundays. It's already started bad in the supposed quality of the group, because it means if I take an exam on Sunday I don't have any support or answer?
Today, Monday (14/02/2022), the day that everyone in the unit is working, we just discovered that, believe it or not, the blood sample SUMIUUUU!?!?!??!!?!?!?! can such a thing????????????????
I would like to include our complaint, mainly due to the lack of preparation and training of this team at the Campinas unit, and that, to my surprise, I found other similar cases in the comments, and that apparently the FLEURY GROUP is not taking much interest in the complaints, since are all recurring.
In fact, we only go to this unit for lack of options in the city, because otherwise we would have moved a long time ago, due to so much stress and disappointment due to unnecessary service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cheguei a usar os serviços do Fleury Campinas, porém minha avaliação é justamente por conta disso. Como é difícil fazer teste de Covid neste estabelecimento. Tentei duas vezes e não consegui.
O site informa que exames iniciam as 7h, porém, ao chegar lá sou informado que o drive thru inicia às 7:30. Tive que procurar outro laboratório.
Na segunda vez, chego lá às 7h30. Sou informado que há necessidade de agendamento, e que sem agendamento a espera era de 50 minutos. Me parece demasiado para um exame tão rápido.
Aos que procuram fazer teste de Covid, recomendo o laboratório Franceschi no Cambuí. Em todas as vezes, fui atendido na hora e em menos de 10 minutos já havia coletado exame e estava indo embora.
I didn't use the services of Fleury Campinas, but my assessment is precisely because of that. How difficult it is to test Covid at this establishment. I tried twice and failed.
The site informs that exams start at 7:00 am, however, when I get there I am informed that the drive thru starts at 7:30 am. I had to look for another lab.
The second time, I get there at 7:30 am. I am informed that there is a need for an appointment, and that without an appointment, the wait was 50 minutes. Seems too much for such a quick scan.
For those looking to take a Covid test, I recommend the Franceschi laboratory in Cambuí. At all times, I was seen immediately and in less than 10 minutes I had already collected the exam and was leaving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!!!! Nunca mais volto nesse laboratório. Tinha PCR e exame de sangue para fazer. Primeiro a demora no guichê inicial para validar o convênio, depois me mandaram aguardar na sala de espera l, dizendo que eu faria tudo lá dentro, sem precisar me deslocar para o drive thru. Quando me chamaram foi para me falar que eu deveria PEGAR O CARRO E ME DIRIGIR AO DRIVE THRU!!! olha que absurdo.. sendo que eu já estava lá dentro… peguei o carro e vim para o drive thru, sem falar que estou de jejum já 12 horas!!! Faz mais de 2 horas aqui esperando para fazer alguma coisa … me passam outras pessoas na frente … total falta de comunicação entre as pessoas que trabalham aqui e o próprio sistema desse laboratório. Nunca passei por isso em SP. Ainda precisam de muito para se considerar um serviço de excelência. Se tivesse nota ZERO era essa nota que eu daria.
Awful!!!! I'm never going back to that lab again. I had PCR and blood test to do. First, the delay at the initial window to validate the agreement, then they told me to wait in the waiting room, saying that I would do everything inside, without having to go to the drive thru. When they called me it was to tell me that I should GET THE CAR AND DRIVE TO THE DRIVE THRU!!! look how absurd.. since I was already inside… I took the car and came to the drive thru, not to mention that I've been fasting for 12 hours!!! I've been here for over 2 hours waiting to do something… I'm passed other people in front of me… total lack of communication between the people who work here and the lab's own system. I've never had that in SP. They still need a lot to be considered an excellent service. If it had a ZERO rating, this would be the rating I would give it.
