★ ★ ★ ★ ★ todo mes tenho problemas com as cameras e o app. Ligo para a central e falam que vão retornar e NUNCA RETORNA. De saco cheio de ficar pagando boleto e nem ter serviço de qualidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui enganado pela vendendora da emive.. não contrate os serviços desta empresa..ela mentiu não falou da multa de rescisão de contrato.. estou quase 1ano com o equipamento descidir cancelar.. agora eles estão me cobrando uma multa de 3 ,200 reais ..um absurdo..vendedores picaretas.. só querem te amarra- ló ao contrato.. vocês vão perder muito mais com isto..pode ter certeza..

Avisamos o ocorrido junto ao setor financeiro e mesmo assim levou nossa empresa a protesto com quase 40 anos de mercado sem nenhuma ocorrência de protesto. Desorganização total e falta de respeito com seus clientes. Por isso afirmamos, não contratem os serviços deles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui enganado pelo representante da EMIVE o Sr. Guilherme Rodrigues que me prometeu que não haveria multa para rescindir o contrato após o 12º mês de contrato, não consegui, alegaram que não se responsabilizam por acordos feitos por seus representantes, agora estou preso ao contrato e o representante não atende mais o telefone, perdi a confiança na empresa EMIVE por não assumir essa responsabilidade uma vez que o representante , vestindo o seu uniforme e representando a marca foi o canal entre eu e a EMIVE, não haveria contrato se não fosse por ele, a EMIVE perderá muito mais com esse comentário negativo do que se tivesse rescindido o meu contrato conforme o seu representante me prometeu! Pretendo levar o caso ao judiciário.

Realizei a assinatura de contrato junto a Emive, contrato vigente em Nova Lima - MG
Ao fechar com a mesma, várias promessas foram feitas, dentre elas, sistema de alarme avançado, relatórios de monitoramento via aplicativo e possibilidade de ativar e desativar o teclado via app (dispositivo da emive que controla o alarme na empresa).
Já no começo, tive problemas com a cobrança das parcelas, foi me passado um valor em contrato, mas era cobrado outro em boleto, tive uma certa dor de cabeça ligando para eles para solucionar a situação (tenho prints que comprovam e boletos com valores indevidos), depois desse primeiro problema um grande outro surgiu, meu aplicativo não fazia uma conexão eficaz com o sistema da emive em minha empresa, logo, na minha primeira reclamação disseram que meu contrato era antigo e eu precisava comprar um dispositivo chamado “rádio” que estabilizaria a conexão, dispositivo este que custava mais de 1000 reais, não concordei com a cobrança pois não foi comunicado no início, e novamente tive uma dor de cabeça imensa para desconsiderarem a cobrança. (Tenho registros que comprovam a cobrança indevida do tal rádio).
Após a situação, fui relutante em reclamar com a empresa que eu não conseguia ativar nem desativar o sistema de alarme no meu aplicativo, mesmo com o rádio instalado, meu problema não havia sido resolvido e nunca resolveram, enfim, nunca tive os serviços da emive prestados por completo e sempre tive problemas na relação com a empresa.
Devido a problemas financeiros acabei atrasando algumas parcelas na emive e ao tentar um acordo, foi me cobrado as parcelas com juros + uma outra multa que ultrapassa 1000 reais.
Concordo em pagar as parcelas em aberto com desconto, MESMO SABENDO QUE A EMIVE NÃO PRESTOU OS SERVIÇOS QUE DEVIA E MESMO ELA TENDO ME TRAGO TANTOS PROBLEMAS, mas eles insistem em cobrar as parcelas com juros + a multa.
Eles não estão abertos a negociar, insistem e abrir mão da multa somente se eu retornar.
E além disso, insistem em forçar uma reativação do contrato, para me propor o desconto da multa!
Agora me digam, como retornar a uma empresa como essa?
Fico extremamente chateado e frustado pois não a nenhuma flexibilidade em negociar mesmo eles tendo ciência que não prestaram nem metade do serviço que foi acordado, eles foram a pior empresa de segurança que eu já tive, mesmo eles tendo ciência disso, não se mostram flexíveis a negociar.
Nunca contratem a Emive, infelizmente terei que buscar maneiras judiciais de resolver o problema, e vou levar essa situação em todos os canais de comunicação e alertarei ao máximo de pessoas possíveis, NUNCA CONTRATEM ESSA EMPRESA, E se já é cliente procure uma forma de se desvincular.
Deixarei esse registro e prints que comprovam a ineficácia. Deixarei aqui e em outros meios de comunicação, as pessoas precisam saber quem é a EMIVE DESSEGURANÇA, EMIVE DOR DE CABEÇA, EMIVE PROBLEMAS, EMIVE COBRANÇAS INDEVIDAS.

I signed a contract with Emive, a contract in force in Nova Lima - MG
When closing with the same, several promises were made, among them, advanced alarm system, monitoring reports via app and possibility of activating and deactivating the keyboard via app (device of emive that controls the alarm in the company).
In the beginning, I had problems with the collection of the installments, I was given a value in the contract, but another was charged in a boleto, I had a certain headache calling them to solve the situation (I have prints that prove it and boletos with undue amounts ), after this first problem, another big one arose, my application did not make an effective connection with the emive system in my company, so in my first complaint they said that my contract was old and I needed to buy a device called “radio” that would stabilize the connection, a device that cost more than 1000 reais, I did not agree with the charge because it was not communicated at the beginning, and again I had a huge headache to disregard the charge. (I have records that prove the improper charge for that radio).
After the situation, I was reluctant to complain to the company that I could not activate or deactivate the alarm system in my application, even with the radio installed, my problem had not been solved and they never solved it, in short, I never had the services of emive provided completely and I always had problems in the relationship with the company.
Due to financial problems I ended up delaying some installments at emive and when trying to reach an agreement, I was charged the installments with interest + another fine that exceeds 1000 reais.
I agree to pay the outstanding installments at a discount, EVEN KNOWING THAT EMIVE DIDN'T PROVIDE THE SERVICES IT SHOULD HAVE AND EVEN THOUGH IT HAS BRING ME SO MANY PROBLEMS, but they insist on charging the installments with interest + the fine.
They are not open to negotiation, they insist and waive the fine only if I return.
And besides, they insist on forcing a reactivation of the contract, to offer me the discount of the fine!
Now tell me, how to return to a company like this?
I am extremely upset and frustrated because there is no flexibility in negotiating even though they are aware that they have not provided even half of the service that was agreed upon, they were the worst security company I have ever had, even though they are aware of this, they are not flexible to Negotiate.
Never hire Emive, unfortunately I will have to look for legal ways to solve the problem, and I will take this situation in all communication channels and alert as many people as possible, NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY, And if you are already a customer, look for a way to unlink.
I will leave this record and prints that prove the ineffectiveness. I'll leave it here and in other media, people need to know who EMIVE UNSECURITY, EMIVE HEADACHE, EMIVE PROBLEMS, EMIVE UNDUE CHARGES.
