Dois funcionarios vieram, pedi para que fizessem um orçamento, me cobraram por um conserto nas cameras de segurança que minha aluna viu que não fizeram, só desconectaram e conectaram de novo. Não autorizei o conserto, mas eles fizeram mesmo assim e me cobraram. Liguei para a empresa e me disseram que era esse valor mesmo, incluindo visita, que nunca me falaram que seria cobrada! Empresa desonesta e funcionários desonestos também!
Bad experience, they charged me 180.00 for a service that was not done.
Two employees came, I asked them to make a budget, they charged me for a repair on the security cameras that my student saw that they didn't do, they just disconnected and connected again. I didn't authorize the repair, but they did it anyway and charged me. I called the company and they told me it was the same amount, including a visit, that they never told me they would be charged! Dishonest company and rogue employees too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!! Solicitei o serviço, foram em dia errado. Liguei novamente reagendei e não foram. Falei novamente na empresa e como houve um atraso no cliente anterior, não conseguiram me atender.Em nenhum momento a empresa me ligou reagendando o serviço, ou justificando as ausências. Como foi uma indicação agendei novamente para o sábado 12/09/2020, confirmei se era possível me atender e não compareceram.
Essa foi minha experiencia, por sinal terrível, pois estou com o portão sem funcionar. Espero se contratarem o serviço tenham mais sorte que eu.
Terrible !! I requested the service, they were on the wrong day. I called again rescheduled and they were not. I spoke again at the company and as there was a delay in the previous client, they were unable to answer me. At no time did the company call me, rescheduling the service, or justifying absences. As it was an indication I scheduled again for Saturday 12/09/2020, I confirmed if it was possible to attend me and they did not attend.
That was my experience, by the way, because the gate is not working. I hope if you hire the service you are luckier than me.
