A Empresa já é muito conhecida pela região, pelo espaço não ser de um Mega Pet que existe na Cidade, o Empório Animal consegue agradar a todos pelo amplo número de produtos disponíveis na Loja, tornando possível várias opções com outras Marcas.
Se encontra praticamente tudo que precisar para os PETs desde Areia, Ração e Acessórios.
A Loja tem Estacionamento na na Parte Frontal, o que facilita na Hora da Compra.
Preço dos Produtos são na Média do mercado, contando com diferencial o Atendimento e a Qualidade dos Produtos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minha esposa, fomos até a unidade do canal 5 hj por volta de 19:45 da noite, 15 minutos antes de fechar a loja, ao chegarmos, perguntamos se seria possível o atendimento e um colaborador da loja que estava posicionando os portões disse que sim, então entramos na loja para comprarmos uns hamburguês pegada natural, ao ser atendido a primeira colaboradora disse que eu poderia mexer na geladeira e não teve a pro atividade de informar os sabores e os preços de cada produto, e peguei o produto e fiquei sem saber direito qual era e qual o preço do mesmo, pois cada sabor tinha um preço, fui ao caixa a colaboradora CRISTANE teve divergência com a outra colaboradora justamente por que nenhum delas teve o cuidado de verificar qual tinha sido o sabor que eu tinha pego na geladeira, nessa hora por causa da dúvida que eu e minha esposa tivemos pra pegar o produto, a funcionária CRISTIANE, foi extremamente grosseira a ponto de até aumentar o tom de voz perguntando se levariamos aquele produto mesmo, pelo que percebi ela estava com pressa de ir embora e não teve o cuidado de passar o atendimento para outra colaborado, preferiu ser grosseira ao falar até na hora de irmos embora da loja, saímos da loja antes das 20:00 horas, ela estava em expediente ainda, infelizmente nunca mais piso na loja, essa colaboradora CRISTIANE não tem tato e cordialidade para lidar com o público, o atendimento em geral foi péssimo, era só simplesmente ela reconduzir o atendimento, mas preferiu ser grosseira e falar alto conosco por que estava com pressa de sair antes do expediente terminar.

O preço deles é justo e eles tem um sistema de pontos por compra, o que é muito legal, pois já resgatei meus pontos várias vezes e comprei outras coisas que precisava para meu gatinho. Confesso que fidelizei. ?
