Realmente, perguntou se queria que voltassem para finalizar a 'limpeza', mas por favor, não jogue seu erro em cima de seus clientes.
Em momento algum você me pediu Lustra moveis ( eu nem tinha moveis em casa pois nem havia me mudado ) e a esponja você que não me pediu. Favor, rever a conversa no whats para não fazer acusações.
Pre move, house literally empty, cleaning was not good, many places still dirty and with a bad smell inside cupboards ... I really don't recommend it. Very bad first experience!

He really asked if he wanted them to come back to finish the 'cleaning', but please don't throw your mistake over your customers.
At no time did you ask me for Lustra movis (I didn't even have furniture at home because I hadn't even moved) and the sponge you didn't ask for. Please review the conversation on whats not to make accusations.
