Precisei de 1 copo e tive que pedir para 3 pessoas diferentes e aguardar 20 minutos.
 The place is beautiful, but high price, poor service and hot beer.
I needed 1 cup and had to order from 3 different people and wait 20 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da primeira vez que fomos a experiência foi boa, mas a carne q escolhemos não estava tão legal. Mas beleza, acontece!
Nas vezes seguinte sempre fomos muito bem recebidos (é pet friendly) e tem diversificadas opções de carnes, fruros do mar, petiscos... Comemos uma Ribeye maravilhosa por lá e um espeto de camarão super saboroso.
O atendimento é enrolado, é comum esquecerem o pedido!
Mas a lugar é ótimo!
The first time we went, the experience was good, but the meat we chose wasn't so good. But beauty, it happens!
In the following times we were always very well received (it is pet friendly) and has diverse options of meats, seafood, snacks ... We ate a wonderful Ribeye there and a super tasty shrimp skewer.
The service is rolled up, it is common to forget the order!
But the place is great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez que fui no Empório. Cheguei e precisei chamar a atenção de um garçom para perguntar onde meu marido e eu poderíamos sentar, pois ficamos parados um tempo no local e ninguém nos atendeu.
O garçom apenas apontou para uma mesa e disse que poderíamos sentar ali.
10 minutos olhando o cardápio, e ninguém foi na nossa mesa nos atender.
Um outro casal chegou nesse meio tempo, passaram 20 segundos parados e prontamente foram atendidos, direcionados com a maior atenção até a mesa disponível, entregaram o cardápio, cantaram o prato do dia e anotaram o pedido.
Poucos minutos depois o casal já estava bebendo e com 2 garçons na mesa prontos para atendê-los.
Enquanto isso, mais de 20 minutos passados e ninguém foi até a nossa mesa nos atender.
Mesmo chamando um dos garçons à nossa mesa para fazermos nosso pedido, ele nos informou que não estava cuidando daquela área e iríamos ser atendidos por outra pessoa que já estava chegando (porém, ele estava atendendo todas as mesas em volta da nossa).
Outros garçons passaram pela nossa mesa e nada de sermos atendidos, e a casa nem estava tão cheia.
Entendo a demora no atendimento quando a casa está lotada, mas tendo em vista que outras pessoas chegaram depois de nós e foram atendidos com o maior cuidado, como não se frustrar com essa distinção de clientes e desprezo dos funcionários?
Ficamos mais de meia hora sentados numa mesa vazia, aguardando e PEDINDO por atendimento, até cansarmos. Fomos embora, e mesmo levantando e passando por vários garçons, nenhum nos perguntou o motivo de estarmos saindo.
Péssima experiência, e apesar de ouvir que a comida é ótima, não sinto motivação nenhuma para voltar.
First time I went to the Emporium. I arrived and had to call the attention of a waiter to ask where my husband and I could sit, as we were stopped for a while and no one answered us.
The waiter just pointed to a table and said we could sit there.
10 minutes looking at the menu, and no one came to our table to serve us.
Another couple arrived in the meantime, stopped for 20 seconds and were promptly attended to, directed with the greatest attention to the available table, delivered the menu, sang the dish of the day and took the order.
A few minutes later the couple was already drinking and with 2 waiters at the table ready to serve them.
Meanwhile, more than 20 minutes passed and no one came to our table to serve us.
Even calling one of the waiters to our table to place our order, he informed us that he was not taking care of that area and that we would be served by another person who was already arriving (however, he was attending all the tables around ours).
Other waiters passed by our table and we weren't served, and the house wasn't even that full.
I understand the delay in service when the house is full, but considering that other people arrived after us and were treated with the greatest care, how can you not be frustrated with this distinction of customers and contempt of employees?
We spent more than half an hour sitting at an empty table, waiting and ASKING for service, until we got tired. We left, and even getting up and passing by several waiters, none asked us why we were leaving.
Bad experience, and despite hearing that the food is great, I don't feel any motivation to go back.
