Deixei minha cachorra lhasa hospedada no hotel e quando retornei de viagem e fui buscar ela voltou para casa cheia de buracos pelo corpo devido a mordida de animal de porte grande. O estabelecimento NÃO me comunicou o fato quando ocorreu, deixou a cachorra por dias sentindo dor e não fez nada, o proprietário se recusou a me entregar o animal em um dia em que estavam fechados mesmo sabendo que o animal não estava bem, no dia da entrega deram banho e simplesmente IGNORARAM todo o ocorrido. Tomei conhecimento ao chegar em casa e perceber o quanto amuada o animal estava. A questão agora está em Juízo e com o MP por maus tratos. Eu era cliente antiga e todos os finais de semana deixava ali pelo menos R$ 200,00 de banho e outros itens, mas agora meus esforços serão no sentido de fecha-lo pois ali o que importa é dinheiro e não a vida do animal.
Do not use and never leave your pet in the care of this establishment. I left my lhasa dog staying at the hotel and when I returned from the trip and went to get her she returned home full of holes through her body due to the bite of a large animal. The establishment did NOT communicate the fact when it occurred, left the dog for days feeling pain and did nothing, the owner refused to deliver the animal to me on a day when they were closed even knowing that the animal was not well, on the day of delivery showered and simply IGNORAR everything that happened. I learned when I got home and realized how pouting the animal was. The issue is now in court and with the MP for mistreatment. I was an old customer and every weekend I left there at least $ 200.00 of bath and other items, but now my efforts will be to close it because there what matters is money and not the life of the animal.
