★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do atendimento Chico foi e voltou no horário combinado. Banho e tosa atendeu minha expectativa. Preço achei um pouco fora , aqui na região já paguei menos.
I liked the service Chico went and came back at the agreed time. Bath and grooming met my expectation. Price I found a little off, here in the region already paid less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha gatinha persa lá para tosar, porque tava com muito no. Ela voltou de lá com os bigodes cortados, o que não pode, porque os gatos usam eles para se orientar. Foi extremamente ANTIPROFISSIONAL, sendo que lá tem veterinários e sabem que os bigodes não podem ser cortados. Foram incompetentes e imprudentes, NÃO LEVEM SEUS BICHINHOS NESSE PETSHOP.
I took my Persian kitten there to shear, because I had a lot of pain. She came back with her mustaches cut off, which she can't, because cats use them to orient themselves. It was extremely ANTIPROFISSIONAL, since there are veterinarians there and they know that the mustaches cannot be cut. They were incompetent and imprudent, DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS IN THIS PETSHOP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo pela falta de profissionalismo! Levei meu sptiz alemão de 6 meses este sábado (01/04/2017) e solicitei para aparar um pouco o pelo na tesoura. Quando meu noivo foi buscá-lo a grande surpresa desagradável: tosaram totalmente o cachorro, não respeitando o que o cliente solicitou (em nenhum momento falei para tosar). Resultado de péssimo gosto. Descaracterizaram totalmente a raça. Além de não respeitarem o cliente não sabem fazer o trabalho de acordo com a raça. Absurdo! Não voltarei nunca mais e não recomendo.
I don't recommend it due to the lack of professionalism! I took my 6 month old German sptiz this Saturday (04/01/2017) and asked to trim the hair a little bit in the scissors. When my fiance went to get him the big unpleasant surprise: the dog was completely groomed, not respecting what the client asked for (at no time did I say to groom). Result of terrible taste. They completely disfigured the breed. In addition to not respecting the client, they do not know how to do the job according to their race. Absurd! I will never come back and do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tratam minha cadelinha com muito carinho. Os banhos são bem feitos e nossa pequena fica pouco tempo por lá, o que dá menos stress. As atendentes são muito gentis e estão sempre prontas a fazer o melhor para nós.
They treat my dog very affectionately. The baths are well done and our little one spends little time there, which gives less stress. The attendants are very kind and are always ready to do the best for us.
