Tem Pilates, RPG, Fisioterapia e Gyrotonic, aparelho que trabalha força, alongamento e consciência corporal. No mezanino, tem a parte estética, onde podemos cuidar da face e do corpo, deixando-os rejuvenescidos, emagrecendo, tirando aquelas gordurinhas indesejáveis e fortalecendo o tônus muscular. Todos os profissionais são excelentes, experientes e cada cliente tem um atendimento e tratamento individualizado. Eu amo e recomendo!
The Emporio do Bem Estar is wonderful because there, we find everything we need to stay healthy. It has Pilates, RPG, Physiotherapy and Gyrotonic, a device that works with strength, stretching and body awareness. In the mezzanine, there is the aesthetic part, where we can take care of the face and body, leaving them rejuvenated, losing weight, removing those unwanted fat and strengthening muscle tone. All professionals are excellent, experienced and each client has individualized service and treatment. I love and recommend!
