O Phoenix é pequeno mas cheio de gente bacana, o ambiente é leve mas o trabalho é puxado. A atenção é individual mas a experiência é coletiva. Não tem tédio nem da preguiça. Com o desafio da pandemia elas rapidamente encontraram alternativas para nos manter focados. Super Recomendo!

Pilates eles focam tb em treinamento de força. A Grazi e as outras professoras são super atenciosas com cada aluno. E é aquele studio q vc fica louca pra chegar o dia da aula porque a energia do lugar tb é maravilhosa! Recomendo de olhos fechados!

Turmas pequenas, com professores que preparam um treino individual para as necessidades e objetivos de cada aluno e que te dão atenção total durante o treino, garantindo sua evolução e evitando lesões. O ambiente é limpo e super agradável, com equipamentos novos. Na pandemia, o apoio aos alunos foi total. Estou fazendo aulas on line (máximo de 3 alunos por aula) e tendo progressos tão bons quanto vinha tendo nas aulas presenciais. As professoras Bárbara e Grazi são incríveis! Vale a pena conhecer esse estúdio.
I've been doing strength training at Phoenix for some time and recommend it. Small classes, with teachers who prepare an individual training for the needs and objectives of each student and who give you full attention during the training, ensuring your progress and avoiding injuries. The environment is clean and super pleasant, with new equipment. In the pandemic, support for students was total. I am taking classes online (maximum of 3 students per class) and making progress as good as I was having in face-to-face classes. Teachers Bárbara and Grazi are incredible! It is worth visiting this studio.
