★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Propaganda enganosa e com tentativa de venda casada. Anunciaram uma promoção na compra de uma armação a lente anti-reflexo seria R$19,90 dai escolhi uma armação da promoção. E a vendedora disse que a lente ficaria R$70,00. Por que a armação estava com desconto ai teria que pagar o valor integral da lente. Só teria a lente por R$19,90 se eu compresse uma armação mais cara. Se eu tivesse mais tempo iria chamar o Procon para notificar eles.
Nunca mais voltarei a essa loja horrível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tô muito chateado com esse ótica empório da teotônio segurado (Palmas) comprei uma armação e mandei fazer as lentes.no valor de 1.955 reais a armação deu problema e mandei pra a ótica no dia 08/02.ai no dia 23/02 sai da minha cidade a 200km pra mim te uma resposta segundo a atende me enforcou que tinha mandado pra fábrica de só pode resolver com trinta dias úteis.eu te pergunto se tem condições de ficar sem o meu óculos.esse tanto de dia trabalho de motorista.tenho pressa um discado com o consumidor.
