It is a good pet shop. They do a good job of bathing and grooming. I know they have veterinary care but I never used it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tenho 2 cachorras que levei pela segunda vez para dar banho neste pet shop até então sem nenhum problema.
Ambas, não passeiam na rua, somente dentro de casa, sem acesso a portão ou algo do tipo.
Após o banho elas começaram com bastante coceira, porem por apresentarem problemas de pele achei q fosse por isso.
Teve um dia q uma delas estava com intensa coceira e fui olhar se havia alguma lesão e para a minha surpresa encontrei carrapato, comecei a olhar elas por inteiro e retirei muitooooos carrapatos de ambas, sem duvida pegaram no banho e tosa.
Tive um prejuízo que não espera com a compra de remédio,coleira,limpeza do ambiente e troca de todo local onde elas dormiam, além disse ainda vou ter q realizar exames periódicos pois podem desenvolver doença do carrapato, que é seríssimas com risco de óbito.
Eu nunca mais levarei elas nesse ambiente e espero que essa reclamação sirva para não acontecer com mais ninguém e para que vocês tomem consciência sobre a higiene do local onde os animais ficam.
I have 2 dogs that I took for the second time to bathe in this pet shop so far without any problem.
Both do not stroll on the street, only inside the house, without access to a gate or something.
After the bath they started with a lot of itching, but because they had skin problems I thought it was because of that.
There was a day when one of them was intensely itchy and I went to look if there was any injury and to my surprise I found a tick, I started to look at them completely and removed the ticks from both of them, no doubt they took the bath and groomed.
I had a loss that I do not expect with the purchase of medicine, collar, cleaning of the environment and exchange of all the place where they slept, besides said I will still have q to carry out periodic exams because they can develop tick disease, which is very serious with risk of death.
I will never take them in that environment again and I hope that this complaint will not happen to anyone else and that you will become aware of the hygiene of the place where the animals are.

Levei minha gata para tomar vacina e pedi um check up, eu disse que minha gata estava coçando muito a orelha (a veterinaria disse que podia ser alguma formiga que picou... ???) Também disse que ela estava com dificuldade paga morder a ração (ela olhou brevemente os dentes e ja disse que estava tudo bem)
No fim das contas eu paguei 100 reais pra eles medirem a temperatura, olhar os dentes e só
Resultado: todos os sintomas continuaram, minha gata esta com uma grave inflamação na orelha e também inflamação na boca toda....
