★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento deixa a desejar principalmente quando voce compra vinho estragado, teimou que estava bom, não trocou e teimou que o vinho é assim mesmo.... nem por um comprazer de atender bem um cliente de primeira vez tentou usar qquer argumento melhor....uma pena por que tem ótimos concorrentes muito próximos dos quais sou cliente assíduo.... da próxima posso comprar ate no carrefour mas aqui não compro nunca mais.... so sorry, até tentei.
Customer service is especially bad when you buy spoiled wine, insisted that it was good, did not change and insisted that the wine is anyway .... not for the pleasure of serving a first time customer tried to use any better argument ... . a shame because it has great competitors very close to which I am a frequent customer .... next I can buy even in carrefour but here I never buy .... so sorry, I tried.
