Sempre comprei bebidas dessa loja para presentear, por infelicidade dei o azar de comprar uma garrafa que já estava trincada (no momento nem tinha olhado), a qual ia dar de presente para meu pai. A mesma só foi mostrar que tinha quebrado um dia após quando o líquido já tinha ido literalmente para o saco (estava dentro de um saco plástico o líquido já estava todo derramado). Minha mãe foi um dia após ver se conseguia trocar o rótulo visto que se tratava de um valor na ordem de 200 reais. Sem mais a atendente riu dela.
Parabéns, perderam o cliente que prefere os locais independentes regionais. Pelo tratamento, na próxima comprarei no pão de açúcar adega

I always bought drinks from this store as a gift, unfortunately I was unlucky enough to buy a bottle that was already cracked (I hadn't even looked at the moment), which I was going to give to my father. It was only to show that it had broken a day later when the liquid had literally gone into the bag (it was in a plastic bag the liquid was already spilled). My mother went the day after seeing if she could change the label since it was a value in the order of 200 reais. Without further ado the attendant laughed at her.
Congratulations, you lost the customer who prefers the independent regional locations. For the treatment, next time I will buy in the cellar sugar bread

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendem garrafas quebradas, cuidado. Tivemos uma experiência frustante de dia dos pais. Compramos um rótulo nesse estabelecimento que além de caro era de uma excelente marca, e ao entregar o presente ao nosso pai percebemos que tinha líquido na sacola e quando abrimos a embalagem a garrafa estava quebrada na parte do gargalo, ao retornar a loja e explicar o ocorrido trataram com deboche a situação. Totalmente insatisfeita com essa loja, não recomendo.
They sell broken bottles, watch out. We had a frustrating Father's Day experience. We bought a label in this establishment that was not only expensive but a great brand, and when we gave the gift to our father we noticed that there was liquid in the bag and when we opened the packaging the bottle was broken in the neck, when returning the store and explain the occurred with mockery of the situation. Totally dissatisfied with this store, I do not recommend it.
