★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim. Perguntei se o coco em flocos era sem açúcar e a atendente confirmou, porém tinha açúcar e o pistache que comprei está todo cheio de larvas. Nunca mais.
Bad service. I asked if the flaked coconut was sugar-free and the attendant confirmed it, but it had sugar and the pistachio I bought is all full of larvae. Never.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muitas variações de especiarias, preço justo mas pena sempre estar com produtos em falta. Dois pontos ruim é o estoque sempre em falta e o mal humor do dono, mas as meninas compensam em simpatia e atendimento.
Many spice variations, fair price but worth always being with missing products. Bad points are the stock always missing and the owner's bad mood, but the girls compensate in sympathy and care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes antipáticas. Não fazem questão de atender. O tempo todo elas (e o dono tbém) ficam no celular... nem te olham na cara. Fui uma vez pra nunca mais voltar. Por mim não faço questão nenhuma que existam. Péssimo... ZERO ESTRELAS!!!
Unfriendly attendants. They do not care to answer. All the time they (and the owner too) stay on their cell phones ... they don't even look you in the face. I went once to never come back. For me I do not care that they exist. Terrible ... ZERO STARS !!!

...mais de meia hora no redial e nada...como saber se tem o tal produto q procuro? É quer saber pelos comentários nem me darei o trabalho de ir até lá. Com.algumas exceções o atendimento em.praia grande deixa a desejar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é razoável, pois os preços não são os melhore. Oferece a mesma variedade que encontro em outros locais. E por isso, o fato do atendimento ser PÉSSIMO, me fez nunca mais querer comprar ali. Na primeira vez, achei que as atendentes estavam num dia ruim. Quando fiz a segunda tentativa, preferi desistir de ser cliente. Numa loja de produtos naturais, é normal haver dúvidas sobre as funcionalidades e novidades. E nesse sentido, o atendimento deve acolher, e não esbravejar com o cliente. Lamentável.
The store is reasonable, as prices are not the best. It offers the same variety that I find in other places. And because of that, the fact that the service is terrible, made me never want to buy there again. The first time, I thought the attendants were on a bad day. When I made the second attempt, I preferred to give up being a customer. In a natural products store, it is normal to have doubts about features and news. In this sense, the service must welcome, and not be angry with the customer. Unfortunate.
