Foram atenciosos no atendimento e retorno prestativo no pré venda, por isso optei por realizar a compra.
Infelizmente no pós venda fiquei sem retorno ao questionar sobre as bolhas na película [em momento algum solicitei devolução ou troca, apenas questionei]. Mais um pouco teria que PEDIR a atenção da atendente [e mesmo depois de uma semana, não tive resposta], então acho que a venda não se mostrou importante para merecer tal retorno.

They were attentive in the service and helpful feedback in the pre-sale, so I chose to make the purchase.
Unfortunately, after the sale, I had no response when I asked about the bubbles in the film [at no time did I ask for a return or exchange, I just asked]. A little more I would have to ASK for the attendant's attention [and even after a week, I had no response], so I think the sale didn't prove to be important to deserve such a return.
