Ao chegar na loja informaram que eu tinha que falar com o Gerente...e o gerente destratou eu e meu marido sem necessidade jogou a nota fiscal em cima da peça e não quis efetuar a troca! Até não efetuar a troca sem problema nenhum mais não é necessario ser mal educado, não é necessario destratar o cliente! Parabéns ao vendedor Sidnei que fez a sua parte em vender e atender bem, ao gerente da loja tomara que a Emporium escolha um profissional mais capacitado assim como o Sidnei.
