★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido dia 17 de fevereiro pela loja online da Empório Store, com frete fechado de 10 dias. No dia 07 de março eu ainda não tinha recebido o produto e nenhum retorno por parte da empresa. Com muito custo eles responderam pelo Whatsapp com a desculpa q o produto tinha mudado, eu solicitei fotos do novo produto e nada, além de demorarem dias pra responder ainda ignoram as solicitações. Depois de mais cobranças eles me posicionaram que enviariam o produto comprado. Quando recebi pra minha surpresa a calça não era a mesma da foto, o tecido era totalmente diferente do que eles postam nas redes sociais, ainda por cima o bolso está descosturado, várias linhas soltando, parece até que alguém usou, devolveu e eles repassaram pra outro cliente. Acionei pelo whatsapp e mais uma vez nao obtive retorno. Nao comprem nessa loja se não quiser ter dor de cabeça!! PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO, PÉSSIMO PRODUTO E AINDA PRATICAM PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA.
 I placed an order on February 17th through the online store of the Emporium Store, with 10 days closed shipping. On March 7, I still hadn't received the product and no return from the company. With great cost they responded by Whatsapp with the excuse q the product had changed, I requested photos of the new product and nothing, besides taking days to respond still ignore the requests. After more charges they positioned me that they would send the purchased product. When I received to my surprise the pants were not the same as the photo, the fabric was totally different from what they post on social networks, on top of that the pocket is unstitched, several lines are loosening, it looks like someone used it, returned it and they passed it on to another customer. I activated by whatsapp and again I did not get a return. Don't buy at this store if you don't want to have a headache !! TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND STILL PRACTICE MOLLY ADVERTISING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei pelo site no dia 08/01 prazo de entrega até 4 dias uteis após confirmação do pagamento, no dia 9 o produto já estava em separação, agora dia 15/01 ainda não recebi e diz que receberei apenas no dia 18/01. ABSURDO, pura propaganda enganosa, o certo seria chegar ontem, no entanto postaram ontem. Liguei para cancelar falei no tel 2680-8364 com Gabriela, a mesma super arrogante, nem se quer uma satisfação pelo atraso deu. Péssimo atendimento, propaganda super enganosa, cuidado.
I bought on the website on 01/08 delivery time up to 4 working days after payment confirmation, on 9 the product was already in separation, now on 01/15 I still haven't received it and says that I will receive it only on 01/18. ABSURD, pure deceitful propaganda, the right thing would be to arrive yesterday, however posted yesterday. I called to cancel I spoke on tel 2680-8364 with Gabriela, the same super arrogant, not even a satisfaction for the delay gave. Bad service, super misleading advertising, be careful.

Fui conhecer a atual e melhoraram bastante! As araras organizadas, valor em todas as peças, preços justos e notei melhora até na qualidade das peças. As vendidas muito atenciosas e educadas.
Encontrei variedade de peças e várias que vi no site.
Recomendo e pretendo voltar mais vezes.
I visited the old store, located in C. Costa, a few months ago and I didn't like it very much.
I got to know the current one and they improved a lot! Organized macaws, value on all parts, fair prices and I even noticed an improvement in the quality of the parts. The sold very thoughtful and polite.
I found a variety of pieces and several that I saw on the website.
I recommend and plan to come back more often.

Terrible attendance. I made an online purchase, my order did not arrive. The service on WhatsApp is even worse, they do not respond to messages. Ridiculous how they treat customers, I wouldn't give any stars if I could. I never recommend.
