★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois que construíram uma aberração de hotel em frente da vista livre, desvalorizou uns 50%. Quase comprei um lá, mas fui esperto e pesquisei dentro da prefeitura. Só lado tem outro terreno livre pra matar de vez.
