★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é bonito e limpo, tem uma área de lazer satisfatória e os funcionários do condomínio com quem tive contato são atenciosos e educados, porêm para fazer o transporte de material, seja ele qual for, é muito ruim, ter que descer ao subsolo para depois transportar no elevador até o andar é muito ruim, e se for para retirar alguma coisa é pior ainda, deveriam ter colocado passagem pelo térreo.
The place is beautiful and clean, has a satisfactory leisure area and the employees of the condominium with whom I had contact are attentive and polite, however to do the transport of material, whatever it is, it is very bad, having to go down to the underground to then taking the elevator up to the floor is very bad, and if something is going to be removed it is even worse, they should have put it on the ground floor.

Há comentários de mosquito, difícil acesso, longe.... Vejam bem, mosquitos de Lagoas que não mordem, acesso difícil, bem, entrado pelo Bosque da Barrai já estou em casa e sem engarrafamento das Américas, e estou a minutos do Barra Shopping, Rio Design, Vogue Square, Hospital Vitória, Hospital Samaritano, Escola Americana, Escola Britânica, Escola Faria Brito, Escola Braga Carneiro, Hospital Rio Mar, Pão de Açucar, tudo isso no mesmo quarteirão.
Isso é raridade, é maravilhoso, é encantador. Sem poluição sonora, visual, raro, local reservado, mas perto de tudo. diria que é viver num paraíso como se estivesse fora do Rio de Janeiro.
I am a resident and I have nothing to complain about. Wonderful, peaceful place, lots of nature and fresh air. Beautiful landscaping, really charming. Best investment I made. There are mosquito comments, difficult to access, far .... See, mosquitoes from Lagoas that do not bite, difficult access, well, entered through Bosque da Barrai I am already at home and without traffic jam in the Americas, and I am minutes from Barra Shopping , Rio Design, Vogue Square, Hospital Vitória, Hospital Samaritano, American School, British School, Faria Brito School, Braga Carneiro School, Rio Mar Hospital, Pão de Açucar, all in the same block.
This is rare, it is wonderful, it is charming. No noise pollution, visual, rare, reserved place, but close to everything. I would say that it is living in a paradise as if you were outside of Rio de Janeiro.
