I always pay my slips there. The attendant staff are rude but other than that the place itself is nice and well chilled.

I don't know the service at the agency I can't evaluate, but home delivery is reasonable because there are a delivery person who goes unwillingly with greater ignorance, wanting to oblige you to sign the purchase order since the person doesn't even live in your house, in this case it's another residence ,in my opinion, it doesn't deserve any stars.
