Infelizmente deixei minha mala de mão no interior do ônibus é até agora não tive o retorno.
E uma das atendentes do SAC me passou que a empresa não se responsabiliza por nada deixado no ônibus.
A well-known company doesn't have a lost and found support and it's unfortunate.
Unfortunately I left my carry-on bag inside the bus and so far I haven't had a return.
And one of the SAC attendants told me that the company is not responsible for anything left on the bus.
