Delay in the delivery of a product. The attendants were solicitous but due to the freight cost plus the delay it would be better to buy in another store that had another carrier.

I made a direct observation in the company about a vehicle of them, boy who was driving was acting in the middle of Rio Branco / Juiz de Fora. I called and made a point of noting my return number as well as being badly answered. But ... every businessman has the employee he deserves.
