Hoje 16/03/20 8:00hs tive o desprazer de estar em ônibus da Linha tropical são francisco, onde tanto o motorista como o cobrador deram um show de despreparo, ônibus lotado e mesmo assim os mesmos queriam que os passageiros se amontoassem apos a catraca, a preocupação dos mesmos era tão grande que o "Cobrador chegou ao cumulo que querer que uma passageira GESTANTE, que parece trabalhar no Hospital São Domingos passasse pela catraca, o que gerou um enorme bate boca dentro do mesmo.
Tanto Motorista com Cobrador(cabeça raspada e óculos de grau) já aparentam uma certa idade, o que deveria ser sinônimo de preparo e boa educação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ constantemente o veiculo que faz a linha Parque Sabiá quebra, e isso ocorre sempre no turno da noite, o veiculo é um veiculo velho e depredado e diariamente o motorista da linha da noite chega ao terminal entre 22:00 e 22:20 e fica parado no terminal por cerca de 1 hora ocasionando transtornos aos usuários que dependem dessa linha e geralmente não faz a ultima viagem que seria 23:30, os usuários mais prejudicados são os que moram na Vila Brasil pois essa é a unica linha que pode atende-los.
O motorista transita em alta velocidade pelas ruas ruas estreitas do bairro, só estou dando uma estrela porque infelizmente não posso deixar em branco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho uma falta de respeito com os passageiros que dependem da linha circular anel viário 2,só tem um coletivo e o mesmo passa cerca de meia hora em frente ao hospital carlos macieira...e aos finais de semana não tem como pegar esse coletivo...se houvesse concorrência com outra empresa talvez ele não deixava os passageiros esse tempo todo no ponto final

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Motorista do onibus n° 63005 desta empresa hj pela manhã simplesmente decidiu nao obedecer a rota e passar pela Deodoro, me deixando distante de onde deveria descer em segurança visto q tive q percorrer um longo trajeto por ruas desertas....deveria ser tomadas providências para q isso nao se repita pois qdo pagamos a passagem é responsabilidade da empresa nos deixar em nossos destinos em segurança. Outro ponto observado foi q ele nao parou no terminal de integração da praia grande para receber os passageiros q la se encontravam aguardando o coletivo. Treinem melhor seus funcionários!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um desrespeito total para com os passageiros. São 12:00 hs, está na parada do shopping tropical com mais outros passageiros aguardando o carro q faz linha para o shopping São Luiz. Pois ele passou direto, deixando todos os passageiros a ver navio. Para não me atrasar, pois tenho um exame no UDI, pegue um outro coletivo até a parada do hospital macieira. Chegando lá, encontrei o dito motorista. PPerguntei pra ele porque ele não parou. Ele disse q não parou porque nao viu nenhum passageiro solicitando parada, e simplesmente me mandou tomar no.....(fiofó).
