Lousy agency bought tickets, and when I go to the ticket window to ask for information and the attendant informs me that my ticket is not valid because the car is full, lack of total commitment to the customer. They sell tickets without having an armchair available.

Best bus company, super comfortable, I took a bed to Fortaleza, they gave me snacks, had plugs in the armchairs, wi-fi was available, super comfortable seats, the only defect is not having routes to many capitals. It's going to be hard to beat a bus as comfortable as this one.
