★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, poltronas desconfortáveis, funcionários mal educados e mal humorados. Viajo sempre com minha mãe do Rio de Janeiro para Ponte Nova na empresa porque não tenho outra opção. Não tem nenhuma consideração com os idosos, que tem que ficar indo várias vezes na rodoviária para conseguirem uma passagem que lhes é direito. E o site de compras de passagem não funciona, estou tentando comprar uma passagem para minha mãe e não estou conseguindo, tenho cadastro e fica pedindo para atualizar e assim o faço e dizem que vão mandar um email e não mandam. Meu esposo então se cadastrou para ver se consegue comprar a passagem para minha mãe e disseram que iam mandar um email de confirmação e cadê? Está vindo de jegue? Péssimo atendimento tanto nos guichês como no site que não funciona. Mas sem opção dependemos dessa porcaria de empresa.
Bad company, uncomfortable seats, rude and bad-tempered employees. I always travel with my mother from Rio de Janeiro to Ponte Nova in the company because I have no other option. He has no regard for the elderly, who have to go to the bus station several times to get a ticket that is right for them. And the ticket shopping website doesn’t work, I’m trying to buy a ticket for my mom and I’m not getting it, I have a registration and keep asking to update and so I do and they say they’ll send an email and don’t send it. My husband then registered to see if he can buy the ticket for my mother and they said they were going to send a confirmation email and where is it? Is it coming by donkey? Bad service both at the windows and on the website that doesn't work. But without options we depend on this crappy company.

Minha encomenda era para chegar na Quinta Feira passada (19/11/2020). Falaram que não Achou o endereço... Blz.
Hoje solicitei um serviço de MOTOBOY, e liguei para confirmar 30/11 e eles confirmaram, pediram para eu enviar um email para autorizar a retirada, fiz isso tudo chegou na hora do meu motoboy retirar, ficou batendo Mais de 30 minutos e ninguém atende, liguei Diversas vezes e não atente. Acho um falta de Respeito...

A mercadoria saiu de Viçosa ( 28/04) as 09:33 e a previsão de entrega era pra hoje mesmo quando o ônibus chegasse pois o material é perecível. Cheguei aqui na garagem e sou informada que a mercadoria nao foi enviada! Não fui comunicada sobre o não envio e ninguém sabe dizer o que aconteceu! Lastimável!
It was not a good experience to use the shipping services. The goods left Viçosa (28/04) at 09:33 and the delivery forecast was for today even when the bus arrived because the material is perishable. I arrived here at the garage and am informed that the goods have not been sent! I was not informed about the non-delivery and no one can say what happened! Pity!
