★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passagens absurdas com aumento todos os anos, sem melhorias nos ônibus e no atendimento (só piora), nenhum telefone funciona, para retirar o passe de estudante leva mais de um mês e enquanto isso tem que pagar a passagem inteira.
 Absurd tickets with increase every year, with no improvement in buses and service (only worse), no phone works, it takes more than a month to remove the student pass and meanwhile you have to pay the entire ticket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo o atendimento, 0800 não funciona nem pelo telefone fixo, não tem outra opção de contato, processo de passe escolar não libera antes de fevereiro as aulas começam antes e o passe escolar do ano passado fica retido até liberação do ano sequente. Sem mais comentários, nos resta esperar... já se foram 20 dias de espera...
0800 does not work even by landline, has no other contact option, process of school pass does not release before February classes start earlier and last year's school pass is withheld until release of the following year. No more comments, we have to wait ... we've already had 20 days of waiting ...

It was great, Mr Pereira who did the inspection in my van was very helpful and clarified all my questions regarding EMTU and the inspection.
