★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha consulta estava marcada às 8:00 , Cheguei 15 minutos adiantado como eles pedem , não tinha nenhum paciente neste horário estava vazio , mas só foram me chamar pra fazer o exame as as 9:00 . Achei falta de consideração com os clientes. Pois dois dias antes já começam preparo e jejum . E quando chegam no dia da consulta, já está com muita fome . E eles não fazem exame no horário marcado , assim atrasando e fazendo vc ficar de molho na clínica .

I found disregard for customers. For two days before, preparation and fasting have already started. And when they arrive on the day of the consultation, he is already very hungry. And they don't take the exam at the scheduled time, thus delaying and making you soak in the clinic.

Exame realizado dia 15/03 com a promessa de 7 dias para o resultado mas é MENTIRA. Tenho retorno ao especialista e até agora não recebi o documento. Você está aí para atender ao paciente e não para nos desmentir ou desqualificar.
Essa moça precisa de treinamento urgente.

Agradecimento especial a Dra. Izabella Chaves que realizou meus exames, as enfermeiras que conversaram comigo e as meninas da recepção super educadas!

Amazing clinic! I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy today and I confess that I was very nervous and afraid because I had never done these exams before, everyone was extremely polite and patient with my fears!
Special thanks to Dr. Izabella Chaves who performed my exams, the nurses who talked to me and the super polite reception girls!

O atendimento para agendamento, realizado todo via WhatsApp (diferente de outros lugares que fazem você ir até o local apenas para agendar), foi muito solícito, dando todas instruções e tirando as dúvidas necessárias. As recepcionistas, médica e enfermeiras todas muito educadas, explicam o passo a passo e te tratam muito bem. Os remédios e sedação utilizados pela clínica não são agressivos, você sai da clínica bem. Recomendo!
Great clinic for endoscopy and colonoscopy. The appointment service, carried out entirely via WhatsApp (unlike other places that make you go there just to make an appointment), was very helpful, giving all instructions and answering any necessary questions. The receptionists, doctor and nurses are all very polite, explain step by step and treat you very well. The medication and sedation used by the clinic are not aggressive, you leave the clinic well. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Faço esse exame há mais de 20 anos e nunca tive problemas. Dessa vez, fiz um jejum de 12 horas, portanto mais que as 8 horas solicitadas e não conseguiram realizar o exame. Disseram que tinha resíduos, só que fiz jejum de 12 horas. Havia jantado 12 hs antes, comida leve, e informei á médica. Fosse esse só o problema, tudo bem, só que me cobraram pelo exame não realizado e remarcaram para outra data, com nova cobrança, ou seja, teria que pagar 2 vezes, prá realizar um exame. Me senti profundamente decepcionado e também lesado. A atendente, na recepção, disse que era comum as pessoas terem que voltar para fazer novamente. Nunca mais volto a essa clínica e tampouco indico prá qualquer pessoa.
Awful. I've been doing this exam for over 20 years and I've never had any problems. This time, I fasted for 12 hours, so more than the 8 hours requested and they were unable to perform the exam. They said I had residues, but I fasted for 12 hours. I had dinner 12 hours before, light food, and I informed the doctor. If that was the only problem, that was fine, but they charged me for the exam that was not performed and rescheduled to another date, with a new charge, that is, I would have to pay twice, to perform an exam. I felt deeply disappointed and also hurt. The attendant at the reception said that it was common for people to have to go back to do it again. I will never go back to this clinic nor recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O agendamento foi muito rápido e prático pelo WhatsApp. Cheguei com 15 minutos de antecedência e fui atendida no horário. Fui muito bem tratada pela equipe, o exame foi rápido e o melhor de tudo é que não passei mal depois, recuperei rápido. Confesso que estava apreensiva com o exame pois há alguns meses havia realizado o mesmo exame na Angioskope e tinha passado muito mal depois, com a garganta doendo e queimação no estômago por dias, além de ter ficado grog o dia todo. Felizmente nada disso aconteceu na Clínica Endo, vcs estão de parabéns, com certeza voltarei. Obrigada.
