â â â â â Atendimento por ordem de chegada, muito demorado, leva a manhĂŁ toda para ser atendido. A endoscopia ocorreu perfeitamente e foi totalmente indolor pois Ă© feita com sedação. A clinica em geral Ă© bem localizada e o atendimento Ă© bom, mas podiam melhorar na questĂŁo da demora.
Service on a first-come, first-served basis, takes all morning to be attended. The endoscopy went perfectly and was completely painless because it is done with sedation. The clinic in general is well located and the service is good, but they could improve on the issue of delay.

Poor care, but professional doctors. A detail, whenever possible, it would be interesting to switch the TV channels in the environment. More than four hours just watching Rede Globo does not have a "stomach" to take it!
