★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente o produto zero...mas a revenda de veículos usados deveria ter vendedores mais assíduos, capacitados em atender o cliente, afim de valorizar e garantir a venda...não fui tão bem atendido quando fui ver uma BMW 320I 2014 usada e acabei comprando um veículo zero na concorrência a poucos metros deles na Hyundai mesmo muito mais caro, só por causa do mau atendimento que eu tive...quem sai perdendo infelizmente é a agência...
Excellent the product zero ... but the resale of used vehicles should have more regular sellers, able to attend the customer, in order to value and guarantee the sale ... I was not so well attended when I went to see a used BMW 320I 2014 and I ended up buying a zero vehicle in the competition a few meters away from them at the same Hyundai much more expensive, just because of the bad care I had ... the one who leaves losing unfortunately is the agency ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior serviço de manutenção que pode se esperar numa concessionária. O funcionário Neto, pelo amor de Deus. Imagine um funcionário ruim. Soubesse q ia ter tanta dor de cabeça c eles. Teria deixado meu carro em outro canto. Em qualquer outra concessionária jeep. Menos com eles. Meu carro está parado ha 15 dias com ele. E ficará pelo menos mais 15 pelo que me informaram. E por simples incompetência.
Worst maintenance service that can be expected at a dealership. Employee Neto, for God's sake. Imagine a bad employee. I knew I was going to have such a headache with them. I would have left my car in another corner. At any other jeep dealership. Except with them. My car has been stopped for 15 days with him. And there will be at least 15 more for what they told me. And for simple incompetence.
