No dia 08/02/21 fiz um orçamento cuja validade era de 3 dias, um dos itens cotados era um módulo de tomada UBS no valor de R$65,50. No dia seguinte, ainda dentro da validade do orçamento, comprei os itens cotados. Ao chegar em casa observo que vários itens foram vendidos por um valor superior ao orçado. Por exemplo, o tal modulo UBS de tomada cotado a principio por R$65,50 foi vendido por R$80,00, uma DIFERENÇA DE R$15 para CADA UM dos módulos que comprei. Entrei em contato e se recusaram a me devolver a diferença ou fazer crédito na loja mesmo com ORÇAMENTO QUE ELES MESMO EMITIRAM ESTANDO VÁLIDO. Empresa ENGANA o consumidor.
ISSUE FALSE BUDGETS, DO NOT BUY IN THIS PLACE
On 02/08/21 I made a budget whose validity was 3 days, one of the items quoted was a UBS outlet module in the amount of R $ 65.50. The next day, still within the budget validity, I bought the items quoted. When I get home I notice that several items were sold for more than budgeted. For example, the UBS plug-in module initially quoted for R $ 65.50 was sold for R $ 80.00, a R $ 15 DIFFERENCE for EACH ONE of the modules I bought. I got in touch and they refused to return the difference to me or to make credit in the store even with a BUDGET THAT THEY EMITTED TO BE VALID. Company CHEERS the consumer.
