★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei nesta lojinha pois eu precisava de um cartucho da impressora HP 8620 com Bulk Ink o atendente me disse para ir até a kalunga. Novamente expliquei que era apenas o cartucho preto que estava com ar e não puxava tinta. Ele me repetiu para ir até a kalunga ou deixar a impressora na loja para orçamento. Fico horrorizado com o despreparo de algumas lojinhas na cidade de Jundiaí. Em São Paulo na santa Efigênia uma adaptação de Bulk Ink fica só R$ 300 reais e leva apenas 1 hora. Um cartucho deve ser estourando uns R$ 70,00 reais. Apenas queria evitar de pegar o trânsito de São Paulo. Mas é melhor me deslocar até a santa Efigênia e resolver o problema do que depender desta não de obra péssima repito mão de obra péssima que existe em jundiaí. Fica a dica para o dono da loja:
“ Hoje no Brasil sobrevive quem deixa de ser burocrático e ganha dinheiro”. Vale mais apena atender um consumidor e ele se tornar cliente do que ficar com “frescurinha”. Um cliente consome litros de tinta, compra cabeça de impressão, compra Impressora, faz limpeza no equipamento e faz indicações.

Só um pouco seco. Ñ adiantamos prazos nem execução. No final enviaram orçamento num prazo menor e em 02 dias entregaram o que estava previsto para 4 a 7 dias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei e perguntei quanto era para instalar o coletor de tinta e resetar a almofada. Passaram 80,00. Quando levei a impressora la, apareceu limpeza em todos os cantos da impressora (detalhe: só tem 8 meses de uso) a um valor de 240,00. Sem nenhuma troca de peça, apenas limpeza.
I called and asked how much it was to install the ink collector and reset the pad. They spent 80.00. When I took the printer there, cleaning appeared in all corners of the printer (detail: it only has 8 months of use) at a price of 240.00. No parts change, just cleaning.
