★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um problema com essa loja, minha entrega estava lá e os responsáveis não acharam e ainda fizeram pouco caso como se eu estivesse errada.
Não quiseram entender o meu problema querendo jogar a culpa no mercado livre, mas o erro era da loja e todos fizeram descaso, no final a mercadoria estava lá.
um pouco mais de cuidado com as palavras e seriedade no trabalho pois estão servindo ao cliente.
Foram debochados e em nenhum momento assumiram o erro que ao meu ver era falta de organização dos mesmos ou má vontade de procurar.
I had a problem with this store, my delivery was there and the people in charge couldn't find it and they still didn't care as if I was wrong.
They didn't want to understand my problem, wanting to blame the free market, but it was the store's mistake and everyone was negligent, in the end the merchandise was there.
a little more careful with the words and seriousness in the work because they are serving the customer.
They were mocked and at no time did they admit the mistake, which in my view was their lack of organization or their unwillingness to look.

Um dia após ter reparado tive problemas com o touch, na qual no seguinte fizeram uma troca. A princípio parecia que estava tudo bem, mas voltou a apresentar falhas esporádicas até dar um black-out na tela. Novamente tive que solicitar a reparação, e em meio a isso, resetearam o celular.
Conclusao: o problema no touch ainda continua. Infelizmente, como resido em outro país não posso estar solicitando a garantia, mas fica a dica aos demais.
I do not recommend at least to anyone who is doing iPhone screen repair.
One day after repairing it I had problems with the touch, in which the next day they replaced it. At first it seemed like everything was fine, but it started showing sporadic failures until the screen black-out. Again I had to request the repair, and in the midst of this, they reset the cell phone.
Conclusion: the touch issue still persists. Unfortunately, as I live in another country, I cannot be requesting the guarantee, but here is a tip for others.
