★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha casa estava com o disjuntor desarmando. Chamei a empresa para pedir um orçamento para consertar o problema. O cara que veio era um pouco arrogante e claramente queria se aproveitar da situação para ganhar dinheiro (final de semana, de noite, mulher sozinha e sem luz em casa).
Cobrou 350 reais para descobrir onde estava o problema na casa, até ai tudo bem. Caro, mas é o uso do conhecimento dele.
O problema é que ele mal tocou nos disjuntores, não fez nem teste de corrente, usou uma frases que eu tinha dito para dar o veredito do problema e condenou todo o quadro de luz da casa por conta de umidade, quando abriu o quadro de luz antigo e obviamente sujo. Além disso começou a enxergar problemas extras do que o que eu realmente precisava resolver.
Enfim, chamei outro eletricista no dia seguinte, contei exatamente a mesma coisa, ele realmente se debruçou sobre a questão e em pouco tempo identificou que havia um curto na tomada da geladeira. Trocou a tomada e apenas o disjuntor dessa tomada e o problema foi resolvido.
Paguei 350 reais e ele não executou o que ele deveria. Dinheiro jogado no lixo, deveria pedir de volta já que não fez o minimamente acordado de descobrir o real problema.
Eu teria trocado todo o quadro de luz e o problema iria seguir porque uma tomada estava dando curto.
My house had the circuit breaker tripping. I called the company to ask for a quote to fix the problem. The guy who came was a little arrogant and clearly wanted to take advantage of the situation to make money (weekends, nights, woman alone and no light at home).
Charged 350 reais to find out where the problem was in the house, so far so good. Expensive, but it is the use of his knowledge.
The problem is that he barely touched the circuit breakers, he didn't even test the current, he used a sentence I had said to give the verdict on the problem and he condemned the entire light panel in the house because of humidity, when he opened the light panel old and obviously dirty. In addition, I began to see extra problems than what I really needed to solve.
Anyway, I called another electrician the next day, I told him exactly the same thing, he really looked into the issue and in a short time he identified that there was a short in the refrigerator socket. Changed the outlet and only the circuit breaker for that outlet and the problem was solved.
I paid 350 reais and he didn't perform what he was supposed to. Money thrown in the trash, should ask for it back since it didn't do the minimally agreed to find out the real problem.
I would have changed the entire light frame and the problem would follow because one outlet was shorting out.
