★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local fica no centro da cidade, na época fui com uma excursão da escola. Tinha muito espaço externo e no interior da casa várias coisas do tempo dos engenhos. Hj parte das terras foram vendidas pra a construção do supermercado Big, a cerca foi trocada por um muro. E não sei se tem gente morando lá ainda.
