★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até onde pude conferir presença, fica bem localizada próxima aa Beira-Mar de Fortaleza, nas confluências da Av Desembargador Moreira, com Av da Abolição, em frente ao Náutico Atlético Cearense. Fui bem recepcionado e me foi apresentado alguns empreendimentos, uns na planta, outros em lançamento e outros prontos.
As far as I could check presence, it is well located close to Beira-Mar de Fortaleza, at the confluences of Av Desembargador Moreira, with Av da Abolição, in front of Náutico Atlético Cearense. I was well received and some projects were presented to me, some on the plant, others being launched and others ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que nos foi prometido no ato da compra, através de contrato verbal, não foi cumprido (entrega de áreas comuns, mobília prometida etc.). Fechou negócio com a venda de nossos apartamentos antigos sem o nosso aval ou consentimento. Os elevadores foram entregues amassados e arranhados, pq foram usados na própria construção. Com apartamentos ainda para vender, queriam burlar regras básicas de segurança estabelecidas em convenção para entrar no condomínio. Dificultou, muitas vezes, que a vontade da maioria dos condôminos que moravam no local fosse concretizada, ao manifestar-se, por meio de voto, em questões meramente administrativas ( embora tivesse direito a voto, essas questões administrativas afetavam diretamente os condomínios e em nada a construtora). Essa é minha opinião, de uma situação vivida por minha família, salvo melhor juízo.
What we were promised at the time of purchase, by verbal contract, was not fulfilled (delivery of common areas, promised furniture, etc.). We have made a deal by selling our old apartments without our consent or consent. The elevators were delivered wrinkled and scratched because they were used in the building itself. With apartments still for sale, they wanted to circumvent basic security rules set by convention to enter the condominium. It often made it difficult for the majority of the condominium residents living there to manifest themselves by voting on purely administrative matters (although they had the right to vote, these administrative issues directly affected the condominiums and in no way the construction company). This is my opinion of a situation experienced by my family, save for the best judgment.
