★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet MUITO LENTA. O wi fi não entrega a metade da velocidade contratada. Recomendo procurar outro provedor para não ter dor de cabeça.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet não entrega a velocidade prometida, sempre rompe a fibra e assim ficando sem sinal e o suporte técnico não responde. Péssima, me arrependi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A maior cilada que já cai! Internet é péssima! Suporte pior ainda. Nos horários de pico não existe suporte os clientes ficam na mão! Não respondem as mensagens no whatsapp e são antipáticos. Nem se compara com a SECREL melhor provedor!
The biggest snare that ever fell! Internet is lousy! Support even worse. At peak times there is no support customers are on hand! They do not respond to messages in whatsapp and are unsympathetic. Nor does it compare to the SECREL best provider!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse como dar 0 estrelas, eu também daria. A pior internet que já contratei na vida e olha que aqui em casa são 50 mb, mas parece ser 5. No fim de semana não consigo entender, piora mais ainda. Às vezes tenho que usar o meu 3g pq a internet não funciona. Não recomendo.

A internet não funciona e quando funciona é super lenta e não disponibiliza a quantidade de Mb prometida, o suporte da empresa é péssimo, você não consegue falar com eles e quando consegue os atendentes são super grosseiros. Além disso eles bloqueiam os clientes nas redes sociais para que não façam comentários negativos. É cilada, não caiam!!
