★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento na hora do pagamento e muito bom...so ñ dar o serviço prestado. Dizem uma coisa e e completamente diferente. Se ñ colocar wifi premio vc so vai ter em um compartimento. Eles dizem q se colocar o premium tera na casa toda...pura enganação

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para tentar contratar o plano fui atendido mas quando pedi um tempo para decidir, a atendente desligou o telefone. Agora eu tento ligar e não consigo contato.
E por favor, não tem desculpa de horário pois estava ligando dentro do horário de atendimento descrito no site.
I called to try to hire the plan I was answered but when I asked for time to decide, the attendant hung up the phone. Now I try to call and I can't get in touch.
And please, there is no excuse for opening hours as I was calling within the opening hours described on the website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vai fazer 1 ano que sou cliente dessa empresa e já perdi as contas de quantas vezes tenho que ligar pra reclamar da lentidão e oscilação, melhoram com 3 a 4 dias ai tenho que ligar de novo porque volta a ficar ruim e não melhora até eu ligar pra reclamar. Não recomendo
It will be 1 year since I am a client of this company and I have lost count of how many times I have to call to complain about the slowness and oscillation, they get better with 3 to 4 days then I have to call again because it gets bad and it doesn't get better until I call to complain. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento no escritório precisa melhorar pois já tem algumas vezes que vou, toco a campainha e ngm me atende. Preciso ligar pro telefone da empresa e avisar que estou no portão pra ser atendido. Telefone do suporte tb nunca atende, seja manhã, tarde ou noite, semana ou fins de semana, é algo que a F1 Net tem que cobrar pois já pensei em mudar de provedor por esse motivo. Em compensação tem uma moça que me atende e se chama Ingrid ou Engrid não lembro ao certo, é maravilhosa, educada, gentil e super prática em resolver minhas demandas seja pessoalmente, pelo telefone ou por whatsapp. Quando identifico que é ela ao me atendet fico aliviado pois sei q qualquer problema ela consegue resolver.
The service in the office needs to improve because there are some times that I go, I ring the bell and no one answers me. I need to call the company phone and tell them I'm at the gate to be answered. Support phone tb never answers, be it morning, afternoon or night, week or weekends, it is something that F1 Net has to charge because I already thought about changing providers for this reason. On the other hand, there is a girl who attends to me and is called Ingrid or Engrid, I do not remember for sure, she is wonderful, polite, kind and super practical in solving my demands either in person, on the phone or by whatsapp. When I identify that she is the customer I am relieved because I know that any problem she can solve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente da f1 net a mais de 3 anos, eu amava essa internet, indicava pra todo mundo, era a melhor da região e de um ano pra cá a internet está simplesmente impossível de trabalhar, oscila muito e está muito lenta, e é pq diz eles que é 80 Mb fibra óptica, já procurei várias opções e a sorte de não ter cancelado ainda é que não tem viabilidade na minha região! Já estou tão saturada que nem reclamo mais, pois reclamo e me alegam normalidade sem mais nem menos, sinceramente nem entendo os comentários positivos, deve ser só eu mesma o problema de tanto reclamar, se não melhorar nos próximos dias vou ter que acionar a Anatel.
I have been a f1 net customer for over 3 years, I loved this internet, it indicated to everyone, it was the best in the region and for a year now the internet is simply impossible to work, it fluctuates a lot and is very slow, and it is because they say that it is 80 Mb optical fiber, I have already looked for several options and the luck of not having canceled it is still not feasible in my region! I am already so saturated that I don’t even complain anymore, because I complain and claim to be normal just like that, honestly, I don’t even understand the positive comments, it must be just myself the problem of complaining so much, if it doesn’t improve in the next few days I will have to call Anatel .
