★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consigo ligar mais de 30 minutos tentando e não completa a ligação estou ligando do meu celular Ai fica complicado na hora que vc precisa não consegue atendimento no online ta como senha inválida a atendente manda ligar p liberta mas se vc já está com o protocolo porque ainda tem que ligar para liberar acho que é para complicar mais na vdd !
I can't call for more than 30 minutes trying and it doesn't complete the call I'm calling from my cell phone It gets complicated when you need it, you can't get online service, it's like an invalid password, the attendant calls p free but if you already have the protocol because still have to call to release I think it is to complicate more in vdd!

No pedido estava escrito pela médica (EMD + cultura de raspado da planta DOS PÉS). Ou seja, claramente dos 2 pés.
Após verificarem internamente com possíveis cargos superiores, disseram que eu poderia fazer de apenas 1 pé (coberto pelo plano) e se quisesse fazer do outro pé teria que pagar ou solicitar outro pedido médico. Absurdo!
Se está escrito DOS PÉS, porque tenho que ter um pedido escrito pé direito e pé esquerdo?
Após confirmarem que não iriam fazer dos 2 pés, deixei o local, FUI EM OUTRO LABORATÓRIO onde fizeram a coleta dos 2 pés sem questionamentos ou qualquer inconveniência! Não recomendo o laboratório Ensaio.
My experience was very bad. They didn't accept my exam request!
The doctor had written on the request (EMD + shavings from the plant OF THE FEET). That is, clearly from 2 feet.
After checking internally with possible senior positions, they said that I could only do it with 1 foot (covered by the plan) and if I wanted to do it with the other foot, I would have to pay or request another medical order. Absurd!
If it says OF FEET, why do I have to have a request written right foot and left foot?
After confirming that they were not going to do the 2 feet, I left the place, I WENT TO ANOTHER LABORATORY where they collected the 2 feet without questioning or any inconvenience! I do not recommend the Assay laboratory.
