★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na verdade eu daria nota -1. Não explicam os passeios direito, os guias na verdade são vendedores de pacotes extras durante a viagem (tudo é a parte do pacote inicial). Não tem respeito pelos clientes. O meu guia, Sr. Humberto, nos deixou pegando chuva e vento em cima de uma jardineira, sem nenhuma barreira de proteção, que todas as jardineiras tem, mas ele não quis parar o veículo para colocar. E como punição pelas nossas reclamações, fomos expulsos do ônibus que o mesmo conduzia.
 In fact I would rate it -1. They don't explain the tours well, the guides are actually sellers of extra packages during the trip (everything is part of the starter package). Has no respect for customers. My guide, Mr. Humberto, left us in the rain and wind on top of a planter, without any protective barrier, which all planters have, but he didn't want to stop the vehicle to put it on. And as punishment for our complaints, we were kicked off the bus it was driving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na ida de Fortaleza para Jeri atraso de 40 min para buscar no local combinado onde o Guia nos pegou a pé. E fomos andando com as malas até o ônibus. Na volta um lixo, mais de 1h de atraso e ninguém entrou em contato. Tive que procurar saber onde estavam pois, fiquei com medo nos deixarem para trás. Após isso combinado ficamos aguardando por mais 1h esperando as caminhonetes para realizar o percurso até a volta para pegar o onibus. No ato da compra foi prometido o retorno as 16h mas, na realidade ele ocorre 2h 3h depois. Não recomendo.
On the way from Fortaleza to Jeri, delay of 40 minutes to pick up at the agreed place where the Guide picked us up on foot. And we walked with our bags to the bus. On the way back, it was rubbish, more than 1h late and no one got in touch. I had to find out where they were because I was afraid they would leave us behind. After that agreed, we waited for another 1h waiting for the trucks to make the journey to the return to catch the bus. At the time of purchase, the return was promised at 16:00h, but in reality it occurs 2h 3h later. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com agência foi péssima, o vendedor me vendeu um passeio de três praias. Onde eu chegaria na primeira praia e pegaria um bug que nos levaria para as outras duas praias. Porém, durante a ida dentro do transporte ficamos sabendo que isso não aconteceria, a guia praticamente empurrou uma série de outros passeios pagos. O nome da guia que nos acompanhou é Ana, além de ríspida ela tirou a máscara enquanto falava com os passageiros e ainda disse a seguinte frase: “isso aqui é uma mentira”, se referindo a eficácia do uso de máscaras contra a COVID-19.
My experience with the agency was terrible, the seller sold me a trip to three beaches. Where I would arrive at the first beach and catch a bug that would take us to the other two beaches. However, during the trip inside the transport we learned that this would not happen, the guide practically pushed a series of other paid tours. The name of the guide who accompanied us is Ana, in addition to being harsh, she took off her mask while talking to the passengers and even said the following sentence: “this is a lie”, referring to the effectiveness of using masks against COVID-19 .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a melhor escolha que fizemos quando decidimos colocar nas mãos da Enseada nosso sonho do conhecer Jericoacoara e Fortaleza em alto estilo, eles são simplesmente demais, desde o primeiro contato que fiz com o Josey, que em encantei pelo serviço diferenciado que eles nos proporciona, foram super pontuais e cuidadosos demais convosco até mesmo nos simples detalhes.. Gente eles são ? demais, pensem em uma agência que te dá toda assistência antes, durante e depois.. Com indicações maravilhosas reservas em teatro prioridades no embargue para casos especiais.. olha escreveria um livro e seria pouco pra elogiar e agradecer a Enseada pelos os dias maravilhosos que passamos no Ceará ..
Vocês realmente prestam um serviço com excelência.. Parabéns tb aos Guias Natan, com suas histórias hilárias que nos fez rir durante todo passeio, Gustavo superar educado e prestativo e pra fechar o guia Ytalo que nos levou para conhecer a Lagoa do Amâncio, super simpático gente boa demais! Por fim, meu muito obrigadaaaaaaa a Enseada em especial a Josy que ainda tive o privilégio de conhecer pessoalmente.. Mulher linda viu????

It was the best choice we made when we decided to put our dream of getting to know Jericoacoara and Fortaleza in high style into Enseada's hands, they are simply too much, from the first contact I made with Josey, who delighted me for the differentiated service they provide us, they were super punctual and too careful with you even in the simple details.. People they are ? too much, think of an agency that gives you all the assistance before, during and after.. With wonderful indications theater reservations priorities in the embargo for special cases.. look, I would write a book and it would be little to praise and thank Enseada for the wonderful days we spent in Ceará..
You really provide an excellent service.. Congratulations also to the Natan Guides, with their hilarious stories that made us laugh throughout the tour, Gustavo was super polite and helpful and to close the Ytalo guide who took us to know Lagoa do Amâncio, super friendly too good people! Finally, thank you so much to Enseada, especially to Josy, who I still had the privilege of meeting in person.. Beautiful woman saw ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estivemos hospedados no Hotel Plaza Praia Suítes e fizemos 2 passeios com a empresa, um deles foi o de 3 praias em 1 dia e o outro o de Jericoacoara. Quanto ao passeio de 3 praias em 1 dia não tenho nada a reclamar, mas o passeio de Jericoacoara foi péssimo, começando pelo fato de pararem o ônibus um pouco distante do hotel e fazerem andarmos na chuva até o mesmo. Pagamos caríssimo pelo passeio “VIP” e o vendedor nos disse que estaria tudo incluso, que não pegaríamos fila para entrar nos Beach Clubs e não precisaríamos pagar mais nada, chegando em Jericoacoara descobrimos que tinha uma taxa para poder entrar na Vila a qual não haviam nos informado, sem contar a má organização da empresa durante o passeio onde perdemos um bom tempo por conta disso, pois demoraram muito para organizar os grupos na 4x4 e o guia de turismo estava mais perdido que tudo, sem contar o fato de ter sido extremamente grosso quando liguei para falar sobre essa tal taxa que não haviam nos informado, onde o mesmo disse que houve uma falha de comunicação da empresa e do vendedor em não terem nos avisado e disse que “era para pagarmos a taxa e aproveitar o passeio se não, não daria tempo”. Enfim, não recomendo!!! Falta muita atenção de toda a empresa com os seus clientes, principalmente dos guias de turismos que são totalmente despreparados para lidar com pessoas.
We were staying at the Hotel Plaza Praia Suítes and we did 2 tours with the company, one of them was to 3 beaches in 1 day and the other to Jericoacoara. As for the 3 beaches in 1 day tour, I have nothing to complain about, but the Jericoacoara tour was terrible, starting with the fact that the bus stopped a little far from the hotel and made us walk in the rain to the hotel. We paid a lot for the “VIP” tour and the seller told us that it would be all inclusive, that we would not have to queue to enter the Beach Clubs and we would not have to pay anything else, arriving in Jericoacoara we discovered that there was a fee to be able to enter the village which there were no informed us, not to mention the bad organization of the company during the tour where we lost a lot of time because of that, because it took a long time to organize the groups in the 4x4 and the tour guide was more lost than anything, not to mention the fact that it was extremely when I called to talk about this fee that they had not informed us, where he said that there was a communication failure between the company and the seller in not having warned us and said that "we were supposed to pay the fee and enjoy the tour if not , there would be no time”. All in all, I don't recommend it!!! The entire company lacks a lot of attention to its customers, especially tour guides who are totally unprepared to deal with people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disaster. They picked us up from hotel 40 minutes late. Rude staff who didn't speak a word of a language other than Brazilian, and didn't make any effort to communicate with us non Brazilian speakers, so we spent the whole day following people not having a clue what was going on or where we were going next or at what time and where we had to be back etc. Very bad organization waiting for ages for everything. The bus temperature was freezing for the whole journey, despite us telling them several times to please make it warmer, so we ended up waking up sick next day.
They took us to really bad places for lunch/dinner.
At the end of the day they forgot they had to drop us in our hotel and had us going round in circles in Fortaleza town, then they dropped us off super far away from our hotel at midnight. So we had to walk all the way to our hotel at such a late time at night and super exhausted
