Levamos mais de 3 horas para chegar em Mundaú e Flecheiras.. ao chegar não ficamos nem uma hora no passeio de Catamarã e ao chegarmos ao almoço, não deu para aproveitar as piscinas naturais pq a Maré já subiu. Pela distância muito ruim saímos do hotel as 8:15 e as 16 retornamos. Enfim a promessa para vender foi uma ela realidade outra. Todos reclamando no ônibus.
 It left something to be desired... It took us more than 3 hours to get to Mundaú and Flecheiras.. when we arrived we didn't spend even an hour on the catamaran ride and when we got to lunch, we couldn't enjoy the natural pools because the tide had already risen. Due to the very bad distance we left the hotel at 8:15 am and at 4 pm we returned. Finally, the promise to sell was one reality and another. Everyone complaining on the bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a ‘’empresa” chama a nossa situação de engraçada!!! SOMOS UMA FAMÍLIA HONESTA viemos curtir nossas férias… não duvide da nossa integridade por favor!! Se a empresa de vocês não tem comprometimento com os clientes se calem. Falar inverdades só aumenta nossa tristeza.
CUIDADO!!!!!! Quando chegamos de volta ao hotel percebi que fui roubada no passeio! Nossas mochilas ficaram no bagageiro do ônibus.. enquanto fomos fazer passeio roubaram da minha mochila 1.000 em dinheiro e meu perfume. Da minha sobrinha foi furtado + 1.000 e roupas. Tomem cuidado pois o passeio pode te trazer muitas dores de cabeça! Estamos aguardando retorno da empresa para ver como vamos proceder!
Unfortunately the 'company' calls our situation funny!!! WE ARE AN HONEST FAMILY We came to enjoy our vacation… don't doubt our integrity please!! If your company is not committed to its customers, shut up. Speaking untruths only increases our sadness.
CARE!!!!!! When we got back to the hotel I realized that I was robbed on the tour! Our backpacks were in the luggage compartment of the bus.. while we went for a walk they stole 1,000 in cash and my perfume from my backpack. From my niece it was stolen + 1,000 and clothes. Be careful because the tour can bring you a lot of headaches! We are awaiting a response from the company to see how we will proceed!

Já fiz vários passeios com outras agências, e não teve nenhum guia do patamar dela.
Mostrou todo o passeio desde a ida a volta com muito carinho, respeito e emoção.
A agência passaport está de Parabéns com a guia Cris... 10 estrelinhas p ela ??????
It was excellent. Guia is a very outgoing person, experienced in what he does and knows what he is doing. A true and excellent tour guide.
I've done several tours with other agencies, and there was no guide at her level.
He showed the whole tour from the trip to the return with a lot of affection, respect and emotion.
The passport agency is to be congratulated with the guide Cris... 10 stars for her ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo pra ninguém. Fomos roubados ontem 05/05/2022 roubaram 2.000,00 em espécie, 1 perfume e uma calça nova da nossa mochila. Fizemos o passeio das 3 praias com a guia Cristiane, e quando retornamos pra casa, percebemos que havia sumido a quantia de 2.000,00 em dinheiro o perfume e a calça. Entramos em contato com a guia que nos disse que ia resolver, porém parou de ouvir meus áudios e mandou eu resolver com a agência. Entrei em contato com uma senhora chamada “Lu” que se denomina dona da agência, e me disse que iria verificar as câmeras de segurança do ônibus e dos arredores de onde ele ficou estacionado pra verificar o que aconteceu! Aí fica a pergunta, que garantia, segurança nós temos e credibilidade tem essa empresa ? Queremos o dinheiro e os pertences de volta!
I don't recommend it to anyone. We were robbed yesterday 05/05/2022 they stole 2,000.00 in cash, 1 perfume and a new pants from our backpack. We did the tour of the 3 beaches with the guide Cristiane, and when we returned home, we realized that the amount of 2,000.00 in money, perfume and pants had disappeared. We got in touch with the guide who told us she was going to solve it, but she stopped listening to my audios and told me to solve it with the agency. I got in touch with a lady called “Lu” who calls herself the owner of the agency, and she told me that she would check the security cameras of the bus and the surroundings where it was parked to see what happened! Then the question is, what guarantee, security do we have and credibility does this company have? We want our money and belongings back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem ruim. Fomos orientados no fechamento do passeio a deixar as malas no ônibus da empresa.
Pois íamos fazer checkin no hotel na volta do passeio. Disseram ser tranquilo deixar e confiamos. Fizemos o passeio tranquilamente e quando chegamos no hotel demos falta de roupas, perfume, e dinheiro. DOIS MIL REAIS.
Entramos em contato com a agência e não fomos muito bem amparados. Sigo aguardando respostas pq é inadmissível uma agência não ter o mínimo de segurança para com os pertences de seus clientes pagantes.
Espero não ter que entrar com um processo contra a agência.. mas se preciso for, entraremos.
Vi que em um comentário abaixo a empresa respondeu q “perdemos o dinheiro e os pertences” engraçado que perdemos o dinheiro q estava dentro da carteira e não a carteira em si. Se realmente tem câmeras de segurança como dizem então cadê as filmagens??? O b.o já foi feito assim q soubemos. CUIDADO COM ESSA AGÊNCIA PESSOAL.
pretty bad. We were instructed at the end of the tour to leave our bags on the company bus.
We were going to check in at the hotel on the way back from the tour. They said it was ok to leave and we trusted. We did the tour calmly and when we arrived at the hotel we were short of clothes, perfume, and money. TWO THOUSAND REAIS.
We contacted the agency and were not very well supported. I'm still waiting for answers because it's unacceptable for an agency not to have the minimum security for the belongings of its paying customers.
I hope I don't have to file a lawsuit against the agency.. but if need be, we will.
I saw that in a comment below the company replied that “we lost the money and belongings” funny that we lost the money that was inside the wallet and not the wallet itself. If you really have security cameras as they say then where's the footage??? The b.o was already done as soon as we knew. BEWARE OF THIS PERSONAL AGENCY.
