★ ★ ★ ★ ★ liguei as 11:10 pedindo um serviço para retirada de documentos, 12:00 e nada de chegar o motoboy, visto que o local para retirar o primeiro documento era em uma rua do lado do local que sairia o motoboy, liguei para saber e a atendente disse que o motoboy ja tinha retirado o documento e estava a caminho do outro local para retirar um outro documento, como nao estava no local, liguei pra minha esposa e ela disse que o documento estava na mao dela. Triste até aí, as 13:30 contratei outro pq nao tinha chegado ainda, o novo contratado chegou e o primeiro nada. Deus 14:00 e la estava ele para retirar o documento, sendo que disse que precisaria do serviço até as 15. Minha esposa dispensou o motoboy, pois o outro ja estava na corrida. Até aí só uma empresa ruim, prestando um deserviço, mas a atendente teve a cara de pau de ligar no serviço da minha esposa pedindo explicacoes, e dizendo que alguem iria arcar com o prejuizo. Um absurdo!!!! Empresa ruim, atendente ruim, nao respeitou o cliente nem com um pedido de desculpas pela demora, e ainda queria que pagássemos o "prejuizo" dela.

God 14:00 and there he was to retrieve the document, and he said he would need the service until 15. My wife dismissed the courier, as the other was already in the race. So far only a bad company, providing a service, but the attendant had the nerve to call my wife's service asking for explanations, and saying that someone would bear the damage. Nonsense!!!! Bad company, bad attendant, didn't respect the customer even with an apology for the delay, and still wanted us to pay for her "loss".
