I sent the photo of the bouquet I wanted (or something similar) and asked to be sent to my grandmother! I paid super expensive and they delivered at the wrong time and the flowers were totally different from what I ordered ... I complained on WhatsApp and they didn't even answer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei flores para decoração do meu mini wedding em capela e, para minha surpresa, quando cheguei o bouquet estava horrível: flores fechadas, com pétalas escuras e NADA a ver com a foto referência que eu havia pedido com eucaliptos, rosas abertas e outros detalhes. Enfeites nos bancos todos virados de ponta cabeça na hora da cerimônia por causa do vento (por isso eu havia pedido para colocarem as rosas em vidrinhos com flores e enviei foto para a pessoa até - o mínimo que se espera de um serviço como esse). Se fosse problema então, não custava no mínimo a pessoa estar lá para arrumar para a hora da entrada..Péssimo serviço, fiquei chocada com a falta de compromisso. Era o mais caro dos meus orçamentos e resolvi fechar com eles, péssima escolha.
I hired flowers to decorate my mini wedding in chapel and, to my surprise, when I arrived the bouquet was horrible: closed flowers, with dark petals and NOTHING to do with the reference photo I had asked for with eucalyptus, open roses and other details. Decorations on the benches all turned upside down at the time of the ceremony because of the wind (that's why I had asked them to put the roses in little jars with flowers and I sent a photo to the person even - the minimum you would expect from a service like this). If it was a problem then, it wouldn't cost at least for the person to be there to arrange for the check-in time. Poor service, I was shocked by the lack of commitment. It was the most expensive of my budgets and I decided to close with them, bad choice.
