Só senti um pouco de dificuldade pra localizar a fachada, achei meio escondido, misturado com o comércio de frutas que eles mantém ao lado.
 Good service, price consistent with the location.
I just had a little trouble locating the façade, I found it a little hidden, mixed with the fruit trade they keep next door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 2013 fiz minha primeira compra online de outro estado nesta loja, fui muito bem atendido e entrega perfeita, e outra data comemorando novamente comprei pessoalmente e o atendimento foi ainda melhor, e em breve teremos outra compra... Bem que poderiam ter um numero de whatsapp no site.
In 2013 I made my first online purchase from another state in this store, I was very well attended and delivered perfectly, and another date celebrating again I bought personally and the service was even better, and soon we will have another purchase ... Well that could have a number from whatsapp on the site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O entregador foi mal educado ao vir receber o valor (mesmo eu tendo pago uma entrega a mais apenas pra vir aqui apenas pegar meu cartão), me ligou em consulta médica pra confirmar endereço que eu tinha deixado correto, e ainda reclamou porque deixei dinheiro vivo ao invés de passar cartão (!?!) . Entregaram 3 horas depois de passar aqui, mesmo sendo próximo. O arranjo era igual ao da página, mas devido ao atendimento, não recomendo. Já utilizei outras floriculturas da mesma região com qualidade melhor e entrega mais rápida.
The delivery man was rude when he came to receive the amount (even though I had paid an extra delivery just to come here just to get my card), he called me at a doctor's office to confirm the address I had left correct, and even complained because I left cash instead of swiping cards (!?!). They delivered 3 hours after passing here, even though it is close. The arrangement was the same as the page, but due to the service, I do not recommend it. I've used other florists in the same region with better quality and faster delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui super bem atendido . Moro em Franco da Rocha e fiz meu pedido via whatsapp . Tudo sem problema , a encomenda chegou na hora prevista com muito capricho no arranjo. Floricultura mais do que recomendada . Obrigado ?!!! Apesar de pessoa para quem mandei as flores não merecia nem uma coroa escrita saudades .
I was very well attended. I live in Franco da Rocha and I placed my order via whatsapp. All without a problem, the order arrived on time with great care in the arrangement. Floristry more than recommended. Thank you ?!!! Despite being the person I sent the flowers to, I didn't even deserve a written wreath.

Fiz contato do Rio para uma entrega local, via WhatsApp e fui deixada no vácuo, no meio do atendimento... pouco profissionalismo, pouco caso com o consumidor/cliente e falta de cortesia. Não deviam manter esse canal de vendas se não conseguem utilizá-lo de forma devida. Já efetuei a compra da orquídea despejada em outro site.
Terrible. I made contact with Rio for a local delivery, via WhatsApp and I was left in a vacuum, in the middle of the service ... little professionalism, little case with the consumer / customer and lack of courtesy. They should not maintain this sales channel if they are unable to use it properly. I have already purchased the dumped orchid on another site.

Certainly the best florist in Campinas. Customer for years, I recommend it without fear. Highlight for the manager Lucas, extremely friendly and helpful, an example in customer service. May the store know how to value it!
