★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente há mais de 2 anos e nunca tive problemas com a qualidade das fraldas, na minha ultima compra tive um grande problema com a qualidade das fraldas, tive certeza que meu problema iria ser resolvido pois como cliente nunca tive problemas, fiz o contato com a loja e fui direcionado para Ingrid no qual se apresentou como encarregada pelo local e me pediu para levar as fraldas para trocas, (comprei 4 pacotes e tive que utilizar 1 e meio pois no domingo não consegui contato com a loja), cheguei até a loja e nunca fui tão mal atendido em minha vida, a Ingrid (encarregada) me exigiu que eu fosse atras de fraldas suja se quisesse o reembolso das fraldas que não estavam comigo, falou alto comigo, apontou o dedo para mim como se eu fosse um marginal. E no final tive que sair lesado pela loja e quieto pois a mesma me confirmou que era o maximo que poderia fazer por mim. Péssimo atendimento, essa atendente tinha que ir para a delegacia responder pela forma que me atendeu. Péssimo, não recomendo
I have been a customer for over 2 years and have never had any problems with the quality of the diapers, in my last purchase I had a big problem with the quality of the diapers, I was sure that my problem would be solved because as a customer I never had any problems, I made contact with the store and I was directed to Ingrid, where she introduced herself as the person in charge of the place and asked me to take the diapers for exchanges, (I bought 4 packages and had to use one and a half because on Sunday I was unable to contact the store), I got to store and I've never been so poorly served in my life, Ingrid (in charge) demanded that I go after dirty diapers if I wanted a refund for the diapers I didn't have, she spoke loudly to me, pointed her finger at me as if I were a marginal. And in the end I had to leave the store injured and quiet because it confirmed to me that it was the most that could do for me. Terrible service, this attendant had to go to the police station to answer for the way she treated me. Terrible, do not recommend

Quando ia com minha bebê, colocavam banquinho para eu amamentar ela antes de vir embora. Já tive problemas com a qualidade, pois o FABRICANTE mudou a manta da fralda, e mesmo não sendo os responsáveis eles trocaram meus pacotes sem nenhum questionamento! As vendedoras são sempre simpáticas e atenciosas. Super recomendo!!!

When I went with my baby, they would put a stool for me to breastfeed before leaving. I already had problems with the quality, because the MANUFACTURER changed the blanket of the diaper, and even though they were not responsible, they exchanged my packages without any questioning! The saleswomen are always nice and attentive. Super recommend !!!
